Konik Maria Ivanovna is a young intelligence officer who went through the whole war. None of the Germans could suspect that the fragile girl could be a liaison between the local teacher and the partisans in the Vinnytsia forest. But she was captured and was in a Polish camp until she was liberated by Soviet soldiers after liberation from the Nazi invaders.
