Sushko Gavriil Timofeevich Sushko Gavriil Timofeevich, born in 1920, in 1941-1942 - Red Navy, signalman on the destroyer “Bezuprechniy” ("Impeccable") of the 2nd Destroyer Division of the Black Sea Fleet squadron. Awarded the Order of the Red Banner: “... In the last days of the defense of Sevastopol the destroyer was torpedoed. Only three people escaped from his crew, among whom was the Red Navy soldier G.T. Sushko, who stayed on the water for 25 hours, after which he was picked up by our ships."
