Leonov Feofan Tikhonovich Leonov Feofan Tikhonovich (1900-1943), 1941-1942 - Captain, Head of the Intelligence Department of the 8th Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet. Presumed dead in December 1941; according to military medical documents, he died of wounds in the medical battalion of the 77th Rifle Division of the 51st Army of the 4th Ukrainian Front in 1943.
