In my family, my dad's great-grandfather fought. This is Sladkov Grigory Sergeevich (father of my grandmother). Great-grandfather Grigory was born in 1902 in the Bologovsky district of the Kalinin region. In 1924 he was drafted into the army, and on November 15, 1925 he was demobilized. On July 13, 1941, the Bologovsky RVK was drafted into the army for mobilization. He fought on the Volkhov, Leningrad, Third Baltic and Second Baltic fronts since August 18, 1941.Duty position - telephone operator of the telephone and cable company, 730th separate communications battalion, 288th rifle Dnovsky division. On August 24, 1944, during the offensive operations of the division north of the city of Valga, Estonian SSR, my great-grandfather was the supervisor of the communication line going from the division headquarters to the 1012th rifle regiment. The enemy, fiercely resisting, conducted fierce artillery and mortar fire. The communication line was constantly out of order. My great-grandfather, risking his life, under the destructive fire of the enemy, quickly and skillfully corrected damage after damage. So, in a short time, 30 minutes, he repaired 8 damage and thus provided uninterrupted telegraph communication between the division command and the advancing regiment, thereby facilitating the success of our troops in the offensive. On September 9, 1944, Sladkov Grigory Sergeevich was awarded the medal "For Courage" for exemplary performance of a combat mission, for his courage and valor. On March 12, 1945, during the offensive operations of the division in the city of Saldus, the Latvian SSR, my great-grandfather and the Red Army soldier Mukhtar Alikulov received a combat mission: to establish a cable communication line from the observation post of the division commander to the assault group of the 1016th rifle regiment. Despite the shelling of the enemy, risking their lives, Sladkov and Alikulov established a communication line on time and provided the division commander with telephone communication with the assault group fighting the enemy, thereby contributing to the success of our troops in the offensive. On March 30, 1945, my great-grandfather and his comrade Mukhtar Alikulov were awarded medals "For Courage" for their displayed bravery. On March 23, 1945, due to a wound in his right arm, Grigory Sergeevich Sladkov returned home. The dead will not be reminded of that terrible war, so we should know as much as possible about them. It is the duty of all those living today to remember them, because they paid for our lives with their ones ...

Ivan Vasilyevich Sukhorukov had the following awards: medal "For Courage", medal "For Capture of Konigsberg", medal "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." _x000D_ During demobilization, a fellow soldier advised Ivan Vasilyevich to go to the Kuban, saying that in the spring it was possible to survive there eating just grass. Therefore, in 1946, the family of Ivan Vasilyevich Sukhorukov from the Kalachevsky district of the Stalingrad Region moved to the village of Kievskoe in the Crimean district of the Krasnodar Territory. Rank: Red Army Soldier_x000D_ Branch of troops: Communications Troops_x000D_ Division: 135th Infantry Division (1st Formation)_x000D_ _x000D_ The Great Patriotic War became a hardship for our people. We have won through the hard work of many millions of people. One of these war workers was my great-grandfather—Tuishev Khusyain Akhmedzhanovich (March 7, 1916—September 13, 1986). He was born in the village of Ust-Uza. He worked for several years at the Krasnaya Zvezda kolkhoz of the Shemysheysky district of the Penza Region. Unforgettable was the day when the first Fordson tractor and the first car were brought to the kolkhoz._x000D_ There were many who wanted to drive, but only great-grandfather was sent to the courses. My great-grandfather left for the military service in a kolkhoz car. He served on the Finnish border, took part in hostilities. He returned home in 1940 and immediately began to work in his own kolkhoz. But the war soon started. _x000D_ Chauffeur in the communications troops was the name of his military work. The first war trials began for him near Moscow. The battles were fierce here. The basic rule that the communication technician followed was: "Communication must work." _x000D_ Near Moscow, my great-grandfather came under fire and was wounded. He spent a whole month in the hospital, and then was sent to a Mechanized Regiment on the Kalinin front. Together with the First Ukrainian Front, my great-grandfather fought on the Kursk Bulge, crossed the Dnieper, liberated Ukraine and Poland. _x000D_ The Commander of his automobile unit 92431 writes in his characteristic: _x000D_ Comrade Tuishev was distinguished to be a good chauffeur who is veru much fond of cars. Comrade Tuishev knows the material part very well, his car is always kept ready for transportation and maintenance ". For exemplary performance of the command assignments, the great-grandfather was awarded the Medal "For Military Merit", the badge "Excellent Driver". Great-grandfather celebrated the victory in Berlin. He returned home in 1946. _x000D_ He came to his native village as a hero with awards: two Orders of the Red Star, the Order of the Patriotic War of the second degree, Medals "For Courage", "For Military Merit", entered in the Book of Honor of the Shemysheysky District, awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation signed by Marshal Konev, in which it is written: "Many thanks for the excellent service." I am proud and remember!

My father, Sokolov Anatoly Andreevich was born on December 4, 1926, in the village of Issad, Novoladozhsky district of the Leningrad Region, in the family of Andrei Antonovich and Maria Afanasyevna Sokolovs. In 1937 he graduated from the primary Issad School and entered the 5th grade of the Novaya Ladoga School. In 1940 he graduated from the seven-year course in Novaya Ladoga. After School, he worked as a minder at a water station in the nearest military unit._x000D_ On November 21, 1943 he was drafted into the army. There was a war going on. For three months my father was in Leningrad, in a "training", where young recruits were taught to fight. His father's military specialty is a communication technician, he was sent to the 14th Separate Reserve Line Communications Regiment, located in Leningrad. He and his comrades ensured communications among the troops on the "Nevsky Pyatachka", fought in the Sinyavo swamps. Since May 5, 1944, Private Sokolov, a line supervisor of the 45th Separate cable-pole company of the 54th army of the 3rd Baltic Front, took part in the liberation of the Baltic. _x000D_ For excellent mastery of his military specialties and skillful transfer of his experience to others, he was awarded the badge "Excellent communication technician" (this is an extract from the order to the Signal Troops of the SGV No. 160 dated November 5, 1945). For the courage and courage shown in the elimination of damage to the communication line by order of the Commander of the 3rd Baltic Front No. 0189 of 21.07.1944, the Pope was awarded the medal "For Military Merit". Since November 1944, as part of the 45th Separate cable-pole company of the 5th Guards Tank Army of the 1st Baltic Front, and then the 2nd and 3rd Belorussian fronts, he participated in the battles in East Prussia. _x000D_ The memories of my father, Anatoly Andreevich Sokolov, published in the book "Soldiers of Victory" in 2011, have survived about the events of those fiery years. After the end of the war, he passed military service in the Northern Group of Forces, in Poland in the positions of the shooter of the 34th military depot and the postman of the 3047th military depot station. On June 15, 1950 he was dismissed (demobilized) to the Reserve. _x000D_ Awards: "For Capture of Konigsberg", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", as well as the "Zhukov Medal", jubilee medals ("20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War "," 30 years of the Soviet Army and Navy "," 60, 70 years of the Armed Forces "). In 1985, in honor of the 40th anniversary of Victory, he was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, II degree. _x000D_ In the family archive there is a certificate dated August 20, 1945: “Issued to the Red Army Soldier Anatoly Timofeevich Sokolov that he actually served in the 45th Division of the Order of the Red Star in the cable 6th company, which was part of the 5th Tank Army when liberated city of Warsaw. The certificate was issued for the right to receive the medal "For Liberation of Warsaw". Apparently, due to a technical error, the father's middle name was confused and he does not have such a medal. Dad had no desire to be associated with the combats, did not want to talk about any part of that period of life , apparently, it was a forbidden and very painful topic for him. He only said that this was a cruel and terrible war. He was seventeen years old at the front. Old, experienced soldiers taught young people what to do in order to survive and how they could, took care of them. _x000D_ My dad had served in the army until June 15, 1950, after the end of the service he returned to Issad. In July 1950 he got a job at the Novoladozhsky shipyard as a worker. There he met my mother, Kozlova Nadezhda Ivanovna. They got married on February 15, 1952. In the same year he entered the courses of mechanics._x000D_ On July 15, 1952, he came to work at the Novoladozhskiy fish processing plant as a mechanic at the PTS (receiving and transport vessel). He worked on the ships Volkhovstroy and Svir for 34 years. In 1986 he retired. For peaceful labor, he was awarded the honorary badges "Winner of Socialist Competition" (1973, 1974, 1976, 1979), badges "Strike Worker" (9th and 10th five-year plans), the medal "Veteran of Labor". _x000D_ The family has two children: Tatiana (born in 1953) and Alexei, born in 1963), three grandchildren: Elena (born in 1974), Anton (born in 1985) and Artem (born in 1990) , as well as the great-granddaughter Tatiana, born in 1993 and the great-grandson Ivan, born in 2014. We all loved our parents very much, we remember them and are grateful to them for everything. Dad passed away on April 16, 2010, mom passed away on February 21, 2006.

Rank: Senior Sergeant. Branch of troops: Armored and Mechanized Troops. Subdivision: Artillery Division of the Bryansk Front (Trophy Artillery Division)._x000D_ My great-grandfather Georgy Terentyevich Tikhov finished 7th grade School before the war and entered a technical School as an auto mechanic, graduated with honors. He could drive a tractor, drive a combine and other machines. _x000D_ It happened near Stalingrad, when my great-grandfather served as a communication technician. They received an order to urgently restore communication with the adjoining unit, which was located behind a forest strip, two kilometers from them. They gave me a coil of telephone wire and ordered to carry it out. It was necessary to crawl through the field, which was at gunpoint of the Germans. There were five technicians. They moved very slowly, constantly hiding in the snow, pressed faces to the ground, cursed the enemy and called all the saints. Bullets whistled overhead. For the last meters, great-grandfather was already pulling the cable alone, four soldiers were killed behind. The great-grandfather received the first gratitude from the Commander for the timely, well-established communication. And during his rest hours, he suddenly discovered that his greatcoat had been pierced in two places by bullets at chest level, in front and behind. _x000D_ My great-grandfather and great-grandmother fought on the 3rd Ukrainian Front and passed through Ukraine, Crimea, Austria. They come from the same village, but they never knew each other. They met for the first time at the hospital. Great-grandfather was demobilized only in May 1946. On the way, he contracted typhus and the last fifty kilometers in front of the house, he was taken in the back of a lorry, already unconscious. He was unloaded together with a duffel bag in the hospital yard and assigned to a Separate infectious diseases ward. He woke up on the eleventh day when my great-grandmother was on duty. Georgy Terentyevich Tikhov opened his eyes and saw nurse Maria, delicate, blue-eyed and fair-haired. He looked at her and fell in love. _x000D_ After the war, my great-grandfather Georgy Terentyevich worked for a long time as a driver in the kolkhoz “Rodina”. He transported a wide variety of goods every day. If the sowing campaign began in the spring, the great-grandfathers had to transport the seeds to the fields, and if the grain was harvested in the summer, he transported the grain from the fields to the elevator.

Rank: Corporal. Branch of troops: Artillery. Division: 138th Infantry Division (1st Formation). I want to tell you about a Russian soldier, my beloved grandfather. Studenikin Andrei Ivanovich, went through the whole war, took part in the defense of Moscow, liberated Belarus and the Baltic states, fought as far as East Prussia and Berlin. He was drafted into the army in the spring of 1940, a year remained before the Great Patriotic War. When the war started, he was 21 years old. He served as a signalman in the artillery. In the hardships of war, my grandfather and other communications technicians, showing examples of courage, reliably ensured communication in any situation. As many front-line soldiers, my grandfather did not want to discuss a war period, he didn't watch war movies, he could not. _x000D_ In life he was a very hardworking and responsible person, a leader in production, he worked as a supply manager for construction. He died on September 20, 1989, he was 69 years old. Many people came to his funeral. A tireless worker, a war hero, had passed away. I also thought, remembered what he was ... He was a Russian soldier! The work of a signalman in the war was considered necessary and responsible, and the success of the combat often depended on it. During the Great Patriotic War, the fate of our great Victory largely depended on the well-coordinated work of communications technicians. I remember when I was little and asked my grandfather about the war, he told me that the enemy thought that the Russians knew some secret magic word, “and we knew, kept this word in our hearts, we went up to die, won with it “For the Motherland!". My grandfather received Order of Red Star for the fact that “during the combat in March 1945, under fierce rifle-machine-gun and artillery-mortar shelling of the enemy, he laid a cable communication line, providing communication. During the day of the combat, he went out 13 times to repair communication line and connected more than 45 breakthroughs, which ensured the fulfillment of the combat mission ”(I read it with pride and bated breath on the website http://podvignaroda.ru). _x000D_ A simple guy turned out to be a true hero, a participant in bloody battles. He got a medal “For Courage” for the fact that he, during the period of offensive operations on the right bank of the Dnieper River, continuously maintained contact with the combat formations. _x000D_ On November 21, 1943, near the village of Olshevka, under fierce enemy Artillery and mortar fire, he restored 21 breakthroughs of the telephone line, which ensured the execution of a combat mission by the Battalion command to suppress the enemy battery. He had medals “For the Defense of Moscow”, “For the Liberation of Warsaw”, “For the Capture of Berlin”, “For Victory over Germany”, “Order of the Patriotic War, II Degree”. _x000D_ I'm proud of you, grandpa! For me, grandfather will forever remain the ideal of a Man, Defender, Human. My grandfather is no longer with us, but the memory of him lives in my heart, the memory of a soldier of the Great Patriotic War. He fulfilled his duty to the Fatherland. _x000D_ And we are obliged to fulfill our duty of respect and memory to them, ordinary soldiers.

Rank: Sergeant. Branch of troops: Communications troops. _x000D_ Ekaterina was born in 1918 on October 28 in the village of Elkhovka, Totsky District, Orenburg Region. At the age of seven she went to School, finished seven classes. After school she entered the Pedagogical Technical School in Buzuluk, she graduated in 1938. For four years she worked as a teacher in the village of Medvedka, then in the village of Pogromny. In April 1942, she and 40 young women were drafted into the ranks of the Soviet army by the Totsky military registration and enlistment office and sent to the training center of the Air Defense Forces in the city of Kamyshin, Stalingrad Region. After training, the girls were sent to Stalingrad to defend the airspace over Stalingrad. _x000D_ Ekaterina Vasilievna served in the 103rd Separate Battalion. She went through the cities of Oryol, Bryansk and ended the war in Frankfurt on the Oder in August 1945. She recalls her combat path: _x000D_ “Near Stalingrad, while on duty at the post, I was under carpet bombing at the Rudnya station. I was scared to death, I had my first gray hair at that day. Near Bryansk, on the orders of the Commander, she followed the telephone cable, miraculously did not get captured as prisoner. Three soldiers helped. After redeployment in the Frolov town, together with her fellow soldier Polina, she received an order to deliver the package to the unit. They walked at night, without a compass, got lost and went the other way, ended up in a village. An old man sheltered them and cured their frostbitten legs. Nevertheless, the package was delivered to the unit. For this I was awarded the rank of “Senior Sergeant” and was appointed the Commander of the post of Air Defense Forces." At the end of August 1945 she returned to the Pogromnoye station of the Totsk Region. Then she worked at the elevator for 10 years. In 1955 she moved to the village of Platovka, Novosergievsky District, Orenburg Region, and until 1963 had been working as a telephone operator. In 1963, together with her son Gena, she moved to the Karakuduk settlement of the Akbulak Region and until retirement worked at a switchboard. _x000D_ For her work she was repeatedly awarded with certificates and valuable gifts. For her military services, Ekaterina Vasilievna was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the II degree, the medal “For Victory over Germany”, the "Zhukov" medal and jubilee medals.

Branch of troops: Communications troops _x000D_ A short autobiography of grandfather and grandmother from a personal diary on March 1, 2004: _x000D_ “I, Ilya Ivanovich Tolstolutsky, was born on July 28, 1923, in a family of five children, in the village of Medvezhye, Melovatsky District. I graduated from 4th grades in Medvezhye, and then 7 grades at Yasenovskaya school. In 1938 I graduated from the FZO school (factory training at the plant named after Dzerzhinsky) for the repair of steam locomotives in the city of Voronezh. I worked as a fitter repairing fittings on steam locomotives. _x000D_ In September 1941 I was drafted into the active army. I served and fought in communications units (telephone communications), at first, at the Western front, and in 1942 I was transported to the Far East. In 1945 I took part in the war with Japan. After the end of the war with Japan, I was sent to the workers' battalion in Vladivostok. I worked on loading and unloading ships. In April 1947 I was demobilized. Thus, I returned to my native village Medvezhye only 6 years later. I worked in kolkhoz in various agricultural jobs. In 1948 I met a girl named Ulyana from the village of Yasenovka. _x000D_ Belovolova Ulyana Vasilievna was born on June 20, 1928. In November 1948 we got married. In 1950, our daughter Galya was born. Since 13 years old, Ulya had worked in the kolkhoz at all jobs: she grazed, fed and rode bulls, horses, was a milkmaid, a pig shepherd, a cook, a watchman, a loader in all agricultural work, graduated from 3 classes of school. _x000D_ We settled in the village of Yasenovka. I began to work in kolkhoz. I rode horses and bulls. I was a foreman of a field-crop team, head of a grain warehouse, head of a poultry farm, a foreman of a vegetable garden team. _x000D_ Since 1958 I have been working as an accountant of a tractor team until my retirement in 1983. For health reasons, Ulyana Vasilievna from 1976 until her retirement in 1983 worked at home, in a vegetable garden of 0.52 hectares, we grew all vegetables for themselves and sold the surplus to other villages and the city of Kalach. The farm had a cow, sheep, pigs, geese, chickens, ducks, goats. Ulyana's mother, Dunya, who was disabled, provided great help with the household chores. She nursed not only her granddaughter Galya, but also her great-grandchildren Seryozha and Tanya. She lived for 83 years. _x000D_ In 1959, our Tolstolutskys family dismantled their old house and built a new one, rebuilt a barn, a basement, made a kitchen of stone and clay, dug a well in the courtyard, led water into the courtyard and a vegetable garden. All work was done by hand. In the kolkhoz labor was paid poorly, and very little bread was given. We made extra from the garden, and went to the Rostov Region for grain. We baked plain black bread. There were high taxes, as well as mandatory surrender to the state of meat, eggs, milk, wool, animal skins, and everything for nothing. _x000D_ Until 1960, no money was paid for work at all, only workdays. Already retired, in 1986 we sold the house, moved to Kalach, bought a new house and installed gas pipes. _x000D_ “Perhaps this is all, if God prolongs life, then I will add something else ... ”_x000D_ For such labors, my whole life passed. In the kolkhoz, the Tolstolutsky family was respected, they were called godfathers, there were 12 gods and 46 godfathers. We lived in peace with Ulyana Vasilievna, 63 years old, who passed away in 2011. They raised their daughter Galya, grandchildren Seryozha and Tanya, and help raise six great-grandchildren. Family relationships are a model for grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He never said anything about the war. Apparently the memories were hard. But my father told me one story, which I remember and consider it heroic: _x000D_ “The communication line with the command was cut off. As far as I remember from the story, there were two attempts to connect the lines, but they were unsuccessful. The soldiers were killed. My father shocked and seriously wounded. He received a shrapnel wound in his right forearm with a fracture of the radius. He also liked to play the accordion, and played masterly._x000D_ Then there was a march to Belgorod. The 53rd Army fought near Belgorod and Kharkov. In the autumn of 1943, in Ukraine, a shell hit the staff dugout. Two senior officers were killed, and the Commander and another General were wounded. General Managarov spent two months in the hospital, and next to him was his staff, including me._x000D_ Poltava, Kremenchuk, Kirovohrad... Our army participated in the Korsun-Shevchenko operation. I remember the impassable mud, which could only be overcome on a horseback. Iassy-Kishinev operation, entry into Bucharest._x000D_ Then there was Hungary, the liberation of Budapest._x000D_ I seemed to be on the sidelines of the fighting, but I got into difficult situations several times. Once, during the bombing of the army headquarters, a shrapnel mortally wounded an orderly of the commander, who was lying some centimeters away from me. Another time, during the offensive in Ukraine, when there was no solid front line, the General's entourage, including myself, came across a strong enemy group. Barricaded in a barnyard, we spent several hours shooting at the Germans around us. We were already running out of ammunition when units of our army came to our rescue._x000D_ Service at the army headquarters gave me the opportunity to see many prominent generals. I met I. Konev several times, fed him lunch and talked to Marshal S. Timoshenko, bandaged the wounded leg of General R. Malinovsky..._x000D_ I ended the War with the 53rd Army in Czechoslovakia. In the city of Slavkov, I. Managarov was already a Colonel General, Hero of the Soviet Union, had the Orders of Lenin, Suvorov, Kutuzov, Bogdan Khmelnitsky, Red Banner, Red Star._x000D_ Our Army was to be transferred to the Far East. I told the commander that I would like to go home._x000D_ "Look, you know best," he said._x000D_ They corrected my documents and gave me an accompanying soldier. We got to Moscow, and then to our native Ostashkovsky District."_x000D_ Zinaida Mikheeva died on April 12, 2006. She was buried in Ostashkov.

Sergey Ivanovich Morozov was born in 1912 in the village of Krominskaya in the Arkhangelsk Region of Kargopolsky District. Becoming a military officer was a conscious choice of Sergei Ivanovich, and in 1934 he was already listed as a cadet of the Regimental School of Junior Commanders, and then, after successful completion of his studies, became an Assistant Commander in the Murmansk Separate Rifle Regiment (1934). _x000D_ In the same year, he marries Anna Yegorovna, and the happy newlyweds move to Murmansk to live. Sergei Ivanovich had two sons, the youngest of whom, my grandfather Valery Sergeyevich, had never seen his father. _x000D_ In 1939-1940 Sergei Ivanovich has already passed the Finnish war as a career officer. On the eve of the Great Patriotic War in May 1941, Sergei Ivanovich is listed as the Head of the Communications Department of the 18th Separate Company. Sergei Ivanovich was transferred as part of other units and formations to the front line, but not to the North, but to the Central part of the country. His wife and children left Murmansk to experience the horrors of war in a village in the Arkhangelsk Region, closer to their parents and loved ones. Unfortunately, the data where exactly Sergei Ivanovich fought before 1943 has not yet been found. It is only known that in the summer of 1943, he was in a Penal Battalion, on the front line of the Voronezh Front. _x000D_ It is clear that in such battalions during the war, people were often sent for the slightest misdemeanors. And the leadership of the Voronezh Front was famous for keeping "penalty takers" much longer than the prescribed three months, and used them to perform the most dangerous missions. Sergei Ivanovich did not write to his family about this, as well as about what he experienced during the battle for Kharkov in August 1943. But he survived, the front line moved forward, _x000D_ He was again on the front line as part of the 6th Guards Army, 67th Guards Rifle Division. This Division liberated Belgorod and Kharkov in the late summer and autumn of 1943. Fighting in fierce combats with the SS divisions "Das Reich" and "Deadhead" the 67th Division advanced deep into the Ukraine. As recorded in the log of combat operations in early September, the Division had a combat mission taking Height 1 67.5 in the direction of Kolontayev-Kubashevka. On the night of September 9 to September 10, 1943, the Division prepared to attack early in the morning. The offensive was successful the enemy began to withdraw from the attack of the troops, crossed the Merla river, and began to blow up the crossings. Under heavy German fire, the crossings were restored. Sergei was killed in this combat on September 10, 1943. _x000D_ In the documents, the site of his burial is listed as the village Murafa, which is 20 km from the front line, as well as the entry "killed in military action". There is another entry in his personal file: “the Penal Battalion, operating on the front line as part of the 67th Guards Rifle Division of the 6th Guards Army, showed themselves in the combats with the German invaders disciplined, expressed wisdom, bravery, courage, and atoned in the combats for their guilt before the Motherland, to restore all the former rights of officers from October 4, 1943.” _x000D_ He was buried in a mass grave near the village of Murafa, Kharkov Region. He gave his life in the fiercest battles, passed through the earthly hell, and his blood is on the banner of our Victory.

He was born in 1918 in the village of Sushikha, where his family used to live for a short time. He returned to his native place after the war in 1946. _x000D_ There he had lived for 58 years with my wife, raised his sons, and worked selflessly. He retired in 1978. He went through the war from the first day to the last. In 1938, he was called up to serve in the Red Army, sent to the Far East on the border. In July-August 1938 near lake Khasan, in 1939 on the Territory of Mongolia, near the Khalkhin Gol participated in battles with units of the Kwantung army of the Japanese. _x000D_ In 1940, he was demobilized, later studied at Automobile School and was sent to the Jewish Autonomous Region of the Khabarovsk Territory, worked as a driver at a mine, lived in the forest in tents. Many could not stand the harsh conditions and left. He heard about the beginning of the war at work. A day or two later, he received a summons from the military recruitment office. He was called up in June 1941 from the Far East, from the city of Blagoveshchensk. At first, he guarded the border in the Far East. _x000D_ In October 1941, his military unit was transferred to the west near Moscow. Then he fought at Tula, Kharkov, Belgorod, Oryol, on the Kursk Bulge. _x000D_ He was three times wounded and concussed. At first, he was a driver, in 1942 he was bombed, the car caught fire, his comrades pulled him out concussed, he was in the hospital, his eardrum was damaged, and his ear ached until 1947. _x000D_ In 1942-1943, he fought in the 19th Tank Brigade as a Tank-man. In 1943, he was wounded in the right arm, and was hospitalized for 3 months. He was cured and returned to the front line, where a mine exploded nearby in one of the combats, and his entire back was riddled with shrapnel. Again the hospital, the fragments were removed surgically and with the help of a magnet, 3 months on the recovery and again to the front in early May, 1943. _x000D_ He participated in the historical tank battle of Kursk Bulge. He burned twice in a car, once in a tank. Twice he had to cross the Dnieper. It was one of the bloodiest and terrible battle of WWII. They crossed to the opposite bank whenever they had to. And both times they found themselves on a steep right bank of the river that hung over the water like a sheer wall. For these combats, he was awarded the orders of the Red Star and the Patriotic War, twice the medal For Courage. _x000D_ These were the dear awards for a veteran of all that he had. On March 12, 1944, he was wounded by a sniper's bullet in the cheek (the veteran still remembers this date and marks it as his second birth), the bullet went through, knocking out his teeth and grazing his tongue. It took six long months of treatment first in Moscow, then in Chelyabinsk. At first the doctors put a gag in the mouth at night to prevent the wound from drying, it was very hard. _x000D_ After the hospital, he became a member of the 2nd Ukrainian Front in 1944 in Romania near the city of Pitesti, liberating the capital of Austria, Vienna. He celebrated Victory in May 1945 in Austria, participated in the Prague operation as part of the 6th Guards Tank Army, took part in the destruction of the remaining group of Nazi troops in Czechoslovakia, from July 1945 until the demobilization in the city of Jihlava, Czechoslovakia. _x000D_ During the war years, he was an infantryman, tankman, and signalman. After the announcement of the German surrender and the end of the war, he did not return home immediately. He ended the war in Czechoslovakia in 1946. 50 years after the end of the war, he was awarded the order of the Red Star for the tank battle on the Kursk Bulge. He came home to Sushikha, went to work in the kolkhoz "Lenin's Victory", and on January 1, 1949, he was enrolled in the Ust-Lukovskaya MTS, which was responsible for kolkhoz equipment, as a tractor driver, where he worked on a DT-54 tractor. He received certificates, diplomas and valuable prizes for good performance for his work. _x000D_ He got married, in 1949 his son Vladimir was born. A year later, in 1950, his wife passed away and left him alone with a small child. After some time he married Shura Baklanova, gave birth to 3 more sons: the elder Nikolai drowned in childhood, Sergei and Anatoly live with their families in Ust-Lukovka and Sushikha. On July 1, 1958, in connection with the reorganization of MTS, he was transferred to work at the Lenin kolkhoz. In 1961, the Lukovsky Sovkhoz was established, which consisted of 4 villages: Lukovsky, Susica, Rogalevo and Tarpaulin with Central office in the village of Kersey. _x000D_ On February 21, 1961, Yakov Nesterovich joined the staff of the Lukovsky sovkhoz as a combine harvester. In 1963, there was a disorganization of the economy, as part of the Lukovsky, there remained 2 branches: Lukovskoe and Sushinskoe. Yakov Nesterovich worked for 18 years as a combine harvester, repeatedly received commendations, diplomas, was awarded a badge of honor, the medal "For the Development of Virgin Lands", the VDNH medal. He retired in July 1978.

Dukov Konstantin Stepanovich_x000D_ _x000D_ He was a noble Man with a good heart and a great soul. A deeply decent, intelligent young man, he was beautiful both in soul and in appearance. A brave, courageous guy who was distinguished by modesty and good upbringing, despite the fact that he was raised by the same mother. His father, a peasant, Chairman of the Privolzhsky village Council, was killed by kulaks in January 1932. After school, he worked on a collective farm. I went through the whole war defending my Homeland. Participated in the battle of Stalingrad. He fought on the southern, don and 4th Ukrainian fronts. He served as the commander of the instrument platoon of the 57th Army of the 104th Rifle regiment of the 852nd separate artillery division. In 1943, in the battle for the village of ostentatious (Ukraine) as part of the 1101 army cannon artillery regiment 44 of the southern front Army, as the commander of the radio communication Department of the 9th battery, Sergeant K. S. Dyukov received an order to advance into the infantry battle formations in order to block the path of the enemy battery. Under the mortar fire and bombing of the enemy, Konstantin skillfully and fearlessly organized the work of the radio and, risking his life, corrected the fire until the fire of the enemy battery was suppressed. For carrying out this operation, he was awarded the medal "for military merit". The order of 28.10.43 on March 9, 1944 was sent by the command to the Baku military school of anti-aircraft artillery. From 01.04.45 to July 1946, with the rank of Junior Lieutenant, he served as the commander of the 17th guards platoon of the 993rd anti-aircraft artillery regiment of the 9th anti-Aircraft Artillery division in the southern group of troops. In the period from August 6 to October 30, 1947, he served in the Ministry of internal Affairs of the POM. operative of the 5th Department of ESD of the Department of internal Affairs of Kuibyshev. Dismissed for health reasons, undermined in the war (2 gr. disability). Constantine the Dukes were awarded medals: "For Military services", "for the Defense of Stalingrad"," for the Victory over Germany in the second world war 1941-1945","for the capture of Budapest". I will never stop thanking for life in the person of my grandfather-the hero of all participants of the second world war, as well as home front workers, which includes my grandmother - Anastasia Georgievna Anfinogenova (wife of Konstantin Dyukov). I can only guess what torments and hardships the people who survived the war went through! Low bow to those who, without sparing themselves, fought for the Motherland! I listen to the songs of the war years with tears in my eyes, and bow to the veterans, honoring their memory with a minute of silence. This opportunity is the little I can do for my family, because the grave of my grandfather, who was buried in the city cemetery (place 238) is lost, and my mother fought for many years to find it, or at least restore my father's name on the memorial wall of the cemetery, but this did not lead to a successful result. We dreamed that the glorious name of the grandfather who risked his life for the sake of the peaceful sky of descendants, at least was carved on the slab/gate of the city cemetery of Samara, along with other participants of the second world war. But in vain... That's why we want to Express our gratitude that there is at least this opportunity to let people know about my veterans and pay them a debt of Memory. We hope that these rare photos will be carefully preserved and passed down from generation to generation, showing descendants a worthy example of our fathers and grandfathers, their heroism and bravery. These Heroes deserve to live in my place. I wouldn't hesitate to give them everything I have. We will always be proud of our valiant warriors. Eternal memory!

Dyryavy Ivan Filippovich Ivan Filippovich Dyryavy was born on September 24, 1924 in the village of Kirovsky in the Kirovsky district of Primorsky Krai. My grandmother told me about her father, my great-grandfather. She remembers very little about how he fought, and great-grandfather especially did not like to remember this terrible war of 1941-1945. I found my great-grandfather when he was alive, but I don't remember him very well, because I was only two years old. In the peaceful village of Kirovsky, he worked as a carpenter and knew his business very well. But suddenly the Great Patriotic war began, and he was called to train as a military signalman in the city of Vladivostok. Although the young signalmen did not take military action at the front, they also had a great responsibility-to provide communication to all reception points. After all, communication was necessary for transmitting information about the enemy's location, requesting help, and announcing a strategy plan. After completing their training, the young men were sent to China, to the city of Mudanjiang, where military operations with Japan were already underway. Young signalmen were sent to the artillery regiment. There they were provided with weapons and ammunition. They were to take part in the fighting to liberate the Chinese people from the Japanese militarists. Ivan told his grandmother about the difficult conditions they were in: they had to sleep on bunks that were covered with reeds cut down by them, and they ate and slept only during the calm. He also told his daughter about the heroic capture of the height: how he and his comrades met the fierce opposition of the Japanese. They called the air force, which did not arrive to help them. As a result, with the last forces, the Russian military went on the attack and took this height through sacrifice and pain. After the end of the war, Ivan Filippovich did not give up, but began to build houses for the residents of Primorsky Krai. My great-grandfather may have been a signalman, but he also fought in battles, just like everyone else. As a result, he was awarded a number of orders and medals, one of them "for the Victory over Japan" and the medal "for military merit". My family and I are proud of this man, he can always be set as an example.
