Stepan Butylkin Stepan Vasilyevich Butylkin, born in 1919, in 1944 - senior sergeant of the guard, commander of a communications platoon of the 647th Rifle Regiment of the 216th Rifle Division of the 51st Army of the 4th Ukrainian Front. In May 1944 he was awarded the Order of the Red Star.
