Rastochil Evgeny Genrikhovich Wasted Eugene Genrikhovich (1911-1943), 1941-1942 - Lieutenant-Commander, commander of the M-31 submarine of the 2nd Submarine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet. He died in December 1942 at sea.
