Pravdinsk. At the airfield. Chekalin Valentin Seliverstovich. Born in 1922 in the village Beloe of the Troitsky district of Altai Territory. In 1941 he was sent to the Kemerovo flight school. After graduation he served in the 19 th Air Aviation Army of the 423rd Fighter Regiment. Decorated with orders and medals.
