Born in 1907, Kupay village. Drafted into the Army in 1941, Kirovo. Private soldier, artillery tractor (gun transporter) driver. Participated in battles near Leningrad in the 6th Battery of the 101606th Regiment. In 1943 he was wounded in the bombing. Awarded the Medals "For Courage", "For Victory over Germany"
