The partisans

Doschinskaya Olga Petrovna_x000D_ _x000D_ The subject of my essay was not chosen by chance. Since childhood, I have heard many unique stories from my great-grandmother about distant and near relatives during the great Patriotic war. The family archive has preserved many documents and diary entries, orders and medals of my relatives. Last year, unfortunately, I lost my great-grandmother Olga Petrovna Doschinskaya, who was a witness of those times. I set a goal – to collect everything together, to systematize the material, to show the contribution of my ancestors to the defeat of fascism. Before me, my mother Nadezhda Chernyshova did this. I decided to continue my research on the genealogy of the Doschinsky, Serpukhov, and Chernyshov families. When writing the work, I visited the Krasnodar military enlistment office, where I was given the characteristics and certificates of veterans of the great Patriotic war Nadezhda Petrovna and Sergey Pavlovich Serpukhov. I had to work with the diary entries of my great-great-grandmother Nadezhda Petrovna Serpukhova. Three years ago, when I visited my great-grandmother Olga Petrovna Doschinskaya in Krasnodar when she was still alive, I recorded her memories of the life of relatives during the great Patriotic war. The work was quite long and painstaking. However, I believe that I did everything possible to restore the overall picture. I think that my research will help my descendants to re-comprehend the tragedy of the events of the 1940s, to study. There are fewer and fewer participants in the great Patriotic war-direct and direct creators of Victory, who bore on their shoulders the incredibly heavy burden of that harsh time: wounds and age take their toll. However, over time, people's interest in events more than seventy years ago does not weaken, but, on the contrary, increases. The military past appears as a time of great endurance and unparalleled heroism. The great cannot be forgotten. Time will never erase the great Patriotic war from the memory of generations. The years 1941-1945 were included in the biography of the Soviet people as heroic years, full of events of world-historical significance. They were a severe test of people's viability. For four years, gigantic battles continued on the Soviet-German front – the main front of the battle against fascism. It was here that the destinies and independence of the peoples of the earth and the future of all mankind were at stake. The Victory in the great Patriotic war was won at the cost of 20 million lives of Soviet people and the incredible effort of the physical and spiritual forces of the people of our country. The terrible and heroic years of the great Patriotic war are moving further into the past. But the memory of those who blocked the path of fascism and, having crushed its chosen hordes, defended their Fatherland and saved world civilization, will live forever in our grateful hearts of all progressive humanity. * * * My great-great-grandmother, Olga Petrovna Doschinskaya, born in 1926, lived in the city of Krasnodar. In 2019, at the age of 93, she died of natural causes. "When the war started," says great – great-grandmother Olya, " I was 15, my sister Nadia was 18, and Feodora was 19. Everyone submitted a voluntary application to the military enlistment office with a request to be sent to the front, but they did not take me and Nadia, because we were very small and thin. We lived in an orphanage that was destroyed, and my sister Nadia and I scattered to the huts of the population. I, Nadia and Fenya got to Baba Ganna, she still had four children, and her husband went to the front. The Germans entered, drove everyone out of their huts and houses, and began to select young girls and women to be taken to Germany to work. So, my older sister Feodora was sent to a concentration camp in the first weeks of the war and was a prisoner of war until 1945. In 1945, it was liberated by the Soviet Army. Nadya and I lived with Baba Ganna, who was often visited by partisans. All the children were sitting on a huge Russian stove, hiding from the Germans, and eating very sparsely, since all the pigs and chickens were taken by the Germans. One day an old teacher came and suggested that one of the children run to the forest to join the partisans in the Batki detachment. Nadezhda was the oldest and weakest, but she volunteered to go to the forest. It was winter, Nadia went to the forest and was able to find the signs of the squad, completed the task. I came home with a young partisan Sergey Serpukhov. All my youth, my sister and Sergey were scouts in a partisan detachment. Before the arrival of the Soviet Army in the village of Bronniki, where I lived, I occasionally helped my sister, but mostly on the farm Baba Ganna. We baked bread for the partisans and provided them with vegetables and fruits. And when our Soviet Army came, I went to work as a hospital nurse. With medical units I reached Berlin, I have orders and medals, many of them I took out from the battlefield, one of them, Ivan, I married. Now I live in the city of Krasnodar, still alive, but very ill, had seven operations. My sisters and their husbands are already dead. The military enlistment office gave them free marble monuments. How hard it was to live, scary and difficult! There are a lot of sick and injured people, there are not enough bandages, and there are almost no medicines. We operated in field tents under lamps, starved. The wounded were given at least some soup, and themselves – what remains. I still get goosebumps when I remember the terrible lacerations, inhuman torments and moans. Beautiful young men were dying; they didn't have time to bury them, and you would lock your teeth and bind up a handsome man who no longer had arms or legs, and his face was paralyzed. When I remember-everything is before my eyes, as it was yesterday. I still can't move away from this horror. Listen to this, great-grandchild. It's a shame that now, instead of a real story, young people are interested in detectives, mocking the Holy places. And we lived like this. As I said, the Soviet Army liberated our village of Broniki. I went to the hospital to help the sick. I was entrusted first to wash the floors, wash the bandages. Then I got used to it – reluctantly, I could hide my pain from the wounded, I stopped fainting at the sight of lacerations, huge pools of blood, and I was entrusted to do bandages, duty. Here I am on duty, I hear the moans of patients, and one-a very quiet and rare moan. I went to the patient-a young Lieutenant is lying, wincing from pain and does not look me in the eye, all burning – high temperature. I ran to find the doctor, to do this, we need to go around all the tents. Our doctor Nikitina Allochka could do everything, because she was an assistant to the famous doctor who was killed, Pavel Ivanovich Kolesnikov. He performed operations in a field tent, bullets whizzing around, and Pavel Ivanovich won't even blink an eye. Just look at us, and the horror takes, was not afraid of anything and kept discipline in strictness. A few days ago, a bomb fell directly into the tent with the red cross. Everyone died. Allochka and the other nurses and I were in other tents. With great difficulty, the remains of our dear Pavel Ivanovich's body were pieced together and buried with honor. All the wounded and seriously ill people were crying their eyes out. He saved all their lives, and he died as a hero. After that, our now-surgeon, Alla, began to perform operations. She was 30 years old, and we were 13-16 years old. We stayed there for about a month. Then they sent Nikolai Mefodyevich bulb to the place of the doctor. This doctor was almost like Pavel Ivanovich in everything-gray-haired, strict, did not spare himself, was always near patients, performed operations. So, I found Allochka, we quickly brought down the Lieutenant's temperature, made bandages and calmed down as best we could. Meanwhile, the fighting continued, the German retreated, and we followed our troops closely. I had to pull a lot of fighters out of the battlefield: I drag them like a bag, the man almost does not move, but says: "Leave me, little sister! You won't make it!" And I'm 1 meter 52 centimeters tall, small, skinny, I drag and cry, sit down, cry a lot, and again I drag on myself and drag. And there, near the hospital, they will notice me and help me, give me back and go back to the field for the wounded. So, I dragged a huge red-haired guy, gave it to him, and ran away. And the next day I sweep the floor, I hear a moan and a call: "Sister!", I quickly ran, I look-lies all in blood, the head is wounded, all bandages are stained with blood, and smiling says: "You are my fairy Savior!" So, it remained in my memory. Many people considered me their Savior, thanked me, offered my hand and heart, but this red-haired Ivan got into my heart. Already near Berlin, a red-haired soldier is being brought in, almost a corpse, and I immediately recognized him as the red-haired Ivan. Fate has brought us together again. Barely left him, and he went back to the front. We have already equipped a hospital and were not located in tents, but all in schools and in homes. But there was still a shortage of bandages, medicines, and food. Operations were performed live: in the teeth of a sick piece of wood, so as not to break the teeth from the pain. Tears choked, but it was forbidden to cry. We smiled and sang songs in the evenings. I was already an experienced, real nurse. I remember that on New year's eve they built a Christmas tree from an ordinary tree, decorated it with cotton wool, syringes, and patients made various toys from medical supplies. We even organized an evening of Amateur performances, which was attended by doctors, nurses, nurses, and patients. It was a lot of fun. As a gift to the sick, we sang songs and danced to the sound of spoons. The patients ' eyes shone and smiles appeared on their haggard faces. It was beautiful. But the fighting continued, explosions and gunfire were heard, and the German retreated reluctantly. Nurses and nurses washed bandages, rolled them up, and also washed the bed and clothes. Everyone got it, but we were healthy, young and very much believed in a happy future, in the victory of the Soviet people over fascism. And this faith helped us survive the war. As I remember now, there is a battle going on, the ground is "torn apart" from the explosions of bombs and shells. We, young girls who are not engaged in operations, crawled and climbed on this moaning, blood-soaked, with the roots of trees and bushes turned out, and searched, picked up, dragged on ourselves the crippled, already insensible fighters. A soldier lies with his eyes closed and moans, I tell him: "Kasatik, let's go! Get up, help me carry you!", and he can't hear or see anything from the concussion, his leg is broken. What to do? No time to think, I dragged him closer to the hospital. We fall, get up again, and he tries to help me with one of his legs and cries, saying: "I'm almost a corpse, leave me, maybe you can save someone else..." I cry and drag, there are a hundred meters left, now they have already seen me, helped me. And again, I'm on the front line, on the battlefield, for the next patient. And so, every day. A beautiful young soldier is lying there, holding his torn stomach with his hands, all the intestines are lying outside, but he is still alive. Reluctantly, I shoved the spilled entrails in, then carefully tied up his shirt so that I could pull him out alive. I hear the whoosh of bullets, I Crouch down, I already knew which bullet was flying past, and which was mine. But fate saved me from death. During the three years of the war, I was wounded seven times by shrapnel from a bullet or grenade. I had a lot of operations, as I earned by carrying the wounded, herniated spine and abdominal cavity. Already in Berlin, a fragment hit the spine. I thought I wouldn't go. The fragment was successfully removed, and I started walking again and helping my sisters. I look, my red-haired Ivan is lying-again all in bandages. We immediately recognized each other, met as family, and decided not to part again until the day we died. So, I got married. We lived in love and harmony for ten years. Then he died of his wounds, which never stopped whining. And I was left alone with my sores and memories.

Deryabin Alexei Yakovlevich_x000D_ _x000D_ Alexei Yakovlevich Deryabin was born in 1925 in the village of Nikitovka of the Krasnoarmeysky rural settlement of the Oryol region. He was the sixth and youngest child in the family. At the beginning of the war, he was not yet 16 years old. He lived with an elderly mother. In October, they were under occupation. It was a cruel time, people suffered a lot, especially from German soldiers. In February 1943, Alexei, along with his mother and fellow villagers, was forcibly taken by the Germans to Belarus (Minsk region, Rudynensky district, village of Dudichi), where they were kept in a camp. Because of the inhumane conditions, unwillingness to work for the Nazis, he escaped from the camp and after a while found a connection with the partisans. On January 15, 1944, he was officially accepted as an ordinary partisan in the M.M. Gromov detachment of the Burevestnik brigade of the Minsk region. He spoke sparingly about how they went on missions to blow up enemy warehouses, how they hid from brutal raids, sat for days in the swamp slush, how he dragged a wounded commander, about the loyalty and mutual assistance of their comrades. During the liberation of Belarus by regular troops, the partisans actively helped to destroy the enemy. In July, Alexei Yakovlevich was wounded and sent to the rear for treatment. Later, he was awarded the USSR medal as a partisan and member of the underground, most distinguished in the fight against the Nazi invaders during the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945. From September 1944, he fought on the second Belorussian front as part of the 1903 artillery regiment, first as a cadet and then as a gun commander. Ended the war in Vienna. Has awards: "For the capture of Vienna"; "for the victory over Germany in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945" and many commemorative medals. At the end of the war, he served in Western Ukraine and was discharged in March 1948. After the war, Alexei Yakovlevich returned to his Homeland and lived there until his death. He had four children, worked as a machine operator, and mastered all types of equipment. As an advanced combine harvester, he was sent to harvest crops in the Altai territory. For good work, he was awarded the medal "for valiant labor".

Rymarova Zoya Semenovna_x000D_ _x000D_ Zoya Semenovna Rimeova,( nee Dmitrieva) was born on June 17, 1929 in Krasnogorodsky district, Maizelovo village, Pskov region, Russian. When the war began, she was at school, she was 12 years old. In 1943, when she was 14 years old, she was already part of the intelligence Agency at the place of residence, went to the location of German garrisons, where she changed eggs, butter from German soldiers, for soap and matches. Its purpose was, if possible, to determine the number and armament of the German garrison, etc. The information obtained was transmitted to the agent scout, who directly reported it to the brigade. So, she helped the partisans. In August 1943, she went to the 10th Kalinin partisan brigade, because it began to attract attention from the police. The intelligence commander was her father, Semen Dmitriev. In the brigade, my grandmother went to investigate, but not alone, but in a group of 2-3 people. They accompanied her through forests, swamps, to a certain destination, where they remained to wait for her return. As a girl, it was easier for her to approach the necessary objects, since no one paid special attention to the child. So, she learned the approaches to railway stations, bridges, their security, etc. Sometimes I went to certain people, scouts, in order to get information from them that they had. In order not to arouse suspicion, she pretended to go to the dressmaker or to the shoemaker, while carrying a larger dress or old boots. In difficult situations, sometimes I had to leave under a hail of bullets. She was in the partisan brigade for 10 months. Then, due to the approach of the front line and the expectation of fierce fighting, by order of the headquarters of the partisan movement, all minors from the partisans were sent to the Soviet rear. So, they, children and teenagers, were transported by plane to the rear, in the city of Kalinin. _x000D_ Awarded: Order of the Patriotic War II art. № 3622872; medal to the Partisan of the Patriotic War; medal for the Victory over Germany; badge "Front-Line soldier 1941-1945", and many more commemorative medals.

Rashov Gregory Dmitrievich_x000D_ _x000D_ Rank: Senior sergeant. Branch of service: army, air force (except marine aviation), the coast guard, the troops of the NKVD border troops. Division: 120th guards rifle Rogachev red banner order of Suvorov and Kutuzov division. My father, Grigory Dmitrievich Rashov, born in 1920, was drafted into the red army on 26.09.1940, on the day of his birth, he turned 20 years old. Already on July 13, 1941, as part of the Western front, he entered his first battle, and on July 25, 1941, he was wounded, but remained in the ranks. For a month, the troops held back the onslaught of the enemy. August 15, 1941 a group of fighters, which included my father, was ordered to cover the withdrawal of units. In this battle, my father was shell-shocked, and he and those who survived were surrounded. It was not possible to break through to their own, the front was moving further and further away from the Bryansk region, so they remained behind enemy lines, organizing the battle group "LIN" - Love and hate. In May 1942, the LIN group joined the Suvorov partisan detachment. The detachment was led by the head of the NKVD of the Bryansk region, who had fallen into the blockade with the pseudonym Zhukov. No one knew his real last name. Having a connection with Moscow and the headquarters of the partisan movement, the detachment received weapons, clothing, food, and medicine. The task of the partisan detachment was intelligence and subversive activities. Once again, having been behind enemy lines on a combat mission, a group of partisans was forced to evade pursuit. According to the father, they were already saying goodbye to life, because the fascists were catching up with them, the dogs were already barking. And then it was decided to go into the swamp. The partisans were completely submerged in the water, covered with raised moss, breathing through tubes that protruded above the water. They remained in this position for some time, until the danger was over. One day, my father and 2 other partisans were assigned to steal the mayor. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the partisans entered the office, disarmed him and took him out of the village, safely reaching their deployment. The partisans gave the Nazis a lot of trouble, and they tried their best to find out their location. In 1943, the unit was infiltrated by a spy, the head of the pow camp. But it was not long before he had to transmit the plans of the partisans; a group of escaped prisoners of war identified him, and he was shot. The partisan detachment was repeatedly blockaded when the Nazis wanted to destroy it. In one of these battles, my father was wounded and sent to the rear for treatment. In October 1943, the Suvorov detachment joined the red Army. From October 2, 1943, my father was already fighting in the 336th rifle regiment of the 120th guards red banner rifle division in the Bryansk-Belorussian front. On February 23, 1944, the division crossed the Dnieper river, and on February 24, 1944, it successfully stormed one of the oldest Belarusian cities – Rogachev. I remember my father's story about how he was sent to the platoon of penal guards, the next morning it was necessary to take the height. And the penalty takers were all majors and colonels. And here is a Colonel and he says: "You, son, in the attack, go behind us, we still die, and you can still live. And we know what to do and how to do it ourselves, without you." The height was taken, the Colonel was wounded and rehabilitated, and the next day the adjutant of this Colonel arrived in the regiment with an offer to his father to go to serve in his regiment, but his father refused, he got used to his regiment, his guys. The 336th rifle regiment participated in the assault on the fortress city of ostrolenka, in the battles to expand the bridgehead on the West Bank of the Narew river, in the East Prussian operation (January-April 1945), and in the defeat of the enemy group southwest of Konigsberg. As a result of the fighting for the liberation of Konigsberg, my father was awarded the medal "for the capture of Konigsberg". As part of the 336th rifle regiment, he also participated in the Berlin offensive. North of Frankfurt an der Oder, they were sent to eliminate a large group of enemy troops that were trying to break through to Berlin to help its garrison. Extract from the award list: "... when advancing to the height of 68.6, which is South-West of 1.8 km of the village. Eisenberg 15.3.1945, Department of Rashov Grigory Dmitrievich rapid throw first broke into the enemy's trench. In this battle, they destroyed 4 enemy firing points and 22 enemy soldiers, 10 people were taken prisoner. At dawn on 16.3.45, the enemy launched a counterattack. His squad did not flinch and mercilessly exterminated the enemy infantry, where up to 30 soldiers and officers were destroyed. The counterattack was repulsed. Worthy of a government award: "Order Of The Red Star". After eliminating the encircled enemy troops South-East of Berlin, their division was ordered to move into the depths of Germany, destroying the wandering fascist detachments. Through Potsdam, Brandenburg, and other cities, they reached the Elbe river on May 5. He did not have to participate in the famous meeting with the American troops on the Elbe: their regiment, battered and battered in battle, was withdrawn, and soldiers arrived in their place, dressed, as my father said, "like a needle." Here, on the Elbe, and ended my father's fighting path on the roads of war. He was awarded the order of the Red Star, medals: "For Bravery", "for the capture of Konigsberg", "for the Victory over Germany 1941-1945". My father was demobilized only in 1946.

Ryabukha Evdokia Grigorievna_x000D_ _x000D_ Crimean Joan Of Arc she was burned alive on March 19, 1944 near Simferopol, when the liberation of the city was less than a month away-the Nazis were driven out of here on April 13. They did not burn it in a furnace, like 8 thousand prisoners of the death camp, which was set up on the territory of the state farm "Krasny" near Simferopol. Few people know about it, but the stoves there were the same as in Buchenwald and Auschwitz! She was burned demonstratively, at the stake, because she was a Soviet intelligence officer, and her fellow countrymen gave her to the Nazis. This high feat is not marked by any awards. The place where she was put to death and then buried is not known. In vain the inconsolable mother Nina Pavlovna searched for her daughter's grave. The funeral was brought in mid-July, when the trail had already cooled, and the intelligence archives either did not survive, or did not lead them at all in that hell. In the death notice sent from Varenikovsky district military Commissariat to the name of the scout's father, Grigory Vasilyevich Ryabukha, her death is said sparingly and dryly, and even with an error in the surname (it is written "Fedorenko Evdokia Grigoryevna", and it should be – " Fedorchenko»): "Your daughter, red army soldier so-and-so in the battle for the Socialist Homeland, loyal to the military oath, showing heroism and courage, died on March 19, 1944. She was buried with military honors in the Simferopol region of the Crimean ASSR." And below in large letters it is reported that "this notice is a document for initiating a petition for a pension" and there are two signatures - the district military Committee of captain Golovach and the head of the 1st part of Lieutenant Pertsevoy. Such sweeping, squiggly ones! Why didn't you, fellow commanders, save the girl from a terrible death? After all, she loved German lessons, it was well given to her at school, and her friends were from Russified Germans whose ancestors moved to the South of Russia at the invitation of Catherine the Second. They were Russified, but they did not forget their native language, they spoke it at home. And Dusya practiced with them. Good German came in handy when the Nazi invaders entered the village: she got a job at the commandant's office as an interpreter to gather intelligence. Mission impossible with the partisan movement in Gostagayevskaya from the very beginning did not set. Steppe and steppe all around, you can see anyone at a glance, and on the hills of the North Caucasus foothills is not a forest, but so – woodlands. The commander of the partisan detachment – my grandfather Ivan Aleksandrovich Kovalev, the Nazis seized on a tip from traitors in this mountain forest near the village almost immediately. He hasn't even had time to put together a squad yet! They tortured him in the former school building and shot him a few days later. I don't know how he did it, but before he died, he managed to pass the card he carried in his breast pocket to his family. Fresh, just a month before taken by my grandmother. She stands on it 30-year-old, with a stern face, lifting higher 2-year-old dad and putting his arm around the shoulders of his 7-year-old brother, who looks at the camera with fear. On the back, in the teacher's handwriting, is written: "10 / VIII-42 years old. Photographed in the middle of the war. I don't know if I can survive it! Remember sometimes your wife and children Borya and Vova." Anapa Khatyn. So it turns out that the scout Evdokia walked on a razor's edge! Judge for yourself: the older sister's husband is a partisan commander who was shot, her own husband beats the Germans at the front, and Raya's younger sister is also fighting there. When our units were retreating from the village, she ran out to see them off with her three-year-old daughter Maya and everyone saw her! Grandpa Grisha and grandma Nina did not immediately understand the children's babble – the baby tried to pass them her mother's message. Just two words: gone to war! When the village was released, a letter came from the fugitive asking her to put flowers on the grave of her daughter Mayechka. They read it aloud, and the five-year-old daughter was already surprised: "what other grave?” But the mother had every reason to believe that the Nazis did not spare her child – she went to the front, and the family of volunteers did not stand on ceremony. Gostagai is called Anapa Khatyn for a reason! 134 residents of the village, mostly women and children, were brutally starved in the "soulhouse" with poison gas. They drove the living into it, and after 17 km of the way they dumped the dead into the pit. The Germans were in the village for a little more than a year - from August 30, 1942 to September 23, 1943. Just before the retreat, when there was heavy fighting on the so-called "Blue line", the invaders took 40 children aged from one and a half to 13 years old to transfuse their blood to their wounded. All, without a trace! In total, during this terrible year, they tortured 198 people: 45 men, 86 women and 67 children. It's a miracle that Dusya managed to survive in this meat grinder! Another would not have tried her luck-she stayed at home to raise her son and wait for her husband from the front. But she was a soldier of the Red Army, its valuable personnel, intelligence officer, and the war is not over yet! Red army soldier Evdokia Fedorchenko was ordered to retreat with the Germans to the Crimea and, of course, fulfilled it. In 7 months, she managed to send home two letters, but only one, the last one, was preserved. 3 / III-44 g. Hello, dear dad, mom, Mura, Nadia and tadpoles: Bob, Alex, Eric, Maya, Dylan and Nina! I can't tell you how much I missed you. It's been four months since I left home, and it feels like forever. I wrote You another letter earlier, and I managed to write it again. How much I want to say to you, but I can't convey what I feel on paper. I can only say that I envy you - you are all together, and I am alone and in a foreign land, where it was easier to experience any conditions together with you, and here I live well financially, but how I experience morally - this you do not understand. And the hatred for the cursed enemy grows even stronger, the fists are clenched even more against these scoundrels who have destroyed our happy and joyful life, who have turned the land of the sun into a tomb. I have seen a lot during this time, and now I am burning with one desire: to finish off the enemy faster, to free our sacred land from these monsters, to allow the people to breathe freely. I ask you to help restore the national economy in every way, it's spring - I remember our garden, I want to help you, but this year I can't help, and it seems that I would fall to the ground and scream and kiss my land, even if I could see a piece of my homeland, no matter how good it is here, and where I was born and grew up is the most precious thing. ... Don't worry about me, I live well, I just miss you, but the time will come - see you, we will rejoice together in our victory over the enemy. I don't think I'll get anything from you, but I'll write if I can, but don't write yet, because I think we'll change the address soon. I'd love to hear a word from you. How is everyone's health? How I worry that it's spring, and Eric is naked and barefoot, and I can't do anything, even though I have the opportunity... I siss all of you and give you a big hug. Teach Eric a little, I'm sick that it's time to send him to school, and you have a whole nursery there. Let's hope to see you soon. I kiss you again and wish you happiness. Pray for my success and for my life!” Martyr for the Fatherland Military censorship almost completely blotted out the paragraph from it, considering secret information about fellow countrymen whom the intelligence officer accidentally encountered in the Crimea. But one of them gave her to the enemy, given that the letter is dated March 3, 1944, and she died on the 19th. Someone I know, according to the uncrossed fragments, came with one woman and left with another, and this other lives with her father and brother. Dusya has heard about someone, but doesn't know about someone. And she also reports that "once met" a man who " shoemakers, he is everywhere at home with his brothers and sisters, was with me. Here they are..." one of these people have betrayed her? To make out the names smeared with ink, you need special expertise. But Dusya's parents had already guessed who they were talking about, even though they kept the knowledge to themselves. After all, the truth about it was not declassified, for the feat was not awarded. And people are different: they will not believe that a scout, they will say-a traitor. Dusya's son Eric died after getting into a fight with a scoundrel who insulted the memory of his mother. And after the grandson, one by one, Evdokia's parents died out: her mother's heart failed, and a month later her father left. They were a rare breed of lovebirds who don't live without each other. And they both had wonderful voices, like birds. In his youth, my great-grandfather sang in the Church choir. So, with faith in his heart, he served in combat in Ashgabat and Tehran, and then won the first world war on the Caucasian front, saving Armenians during the days of the massacre near Erzerum. His faith ended in 1918, having failed the test of a Bolshevik concentration camp for Cossacks. To the madness of the brave, how many nameless Alexander Matrosovs covered the embrasure of the pillbox with their Breasts! How many Victor Talalikhins went to fight in the sky, and Nikolaev Gastello died on the ground, sending the downed planes into the thick of enemy equipment! We will never know the names of all the heroes worthy of the Star, but we can try to save from oblivion at least some of them whose story still lives in the family archives.

DATE OF BIRTH: 04/12/1925 _x000D_ DATE OF DEATH: 02/20/2012 _x000D_ Branch of troops: Artillery_x000D_ Alexandra Stepanovna was born on April 12, 1925 in the village of Gostishchevo, Belgorod Region. When she was one and a half years old, her father was sent to work in Donbass, in the city of Kramatorsk. She lived there until the beginning of the war. She entered a medical school, where she had been for 2 years. _x000D_ When the war began, the father was immediately taken to the front, the family members of the plant workers were evacuated. During the evacuation, the convoy, which included Sasha and his mother, came under fire near Kharkov. There were many victims, but they managed to survive. Alone, in a strange city, without shelter, without food. They decided to go to the Belgorod Region, where there were relatives. They walked along the railway tracks for a whole month, spent the night wherever, and ate what God would send. _x000D_ In 1941 Belgorod was occupied by the Germans, but there was nowhere else to go. For a year and a half Sasha was a messenger in a partisan detachment. At this time, the Nazis massively sent Russian people to Germany as free labor. They chose young, healthy and hardy girls. Sasha was 17 years old, she just met all the criteria. To stay home, Sasha treated her body with lapis, a substance that causes burns. The body was covered with spots and blisters, everything hurt wildly. But the Germans were afraid that she was sick and left her at home._x000D_ Later, after the war, Alexandra talked with her aunt, who ended up in Germany labor camps. In 1942 she was only 18 years old. They sent her and other girls in a boxcar, standing. They were forced to work in pigsties, where they spent the night, and fed them, too, along with the pigs. And all this continued until the liberation by our troops. Our young beautiful girls were treated like animals! _x000D_ Later after liberation of Belgorod, Alexandra moved to the village of Prokhorovka to dug trenches. Once she was walking with a friend for water. A soldier walked in the distance across the field. A friend told Sasha that the soldier looked like her father, whom Sasha had not seen for 2 years. Sasha did not believe it, but decided to shout: "Daddy!" He responded. They hugged each other and cried. _x000D_ My father served nearby. He began to take care of his daughter. Food then was very hard to find, and the father regularly brought something to Sasha, she shared with her friend. This went on for about two months. The girls knew that he came at about the same time. And one day at that time they heard the sound of a mine exploding in the field, and ran there. Sasha saw her father already on the cart without both legs. The last thing he said to her was: “Sweetie, now I am not able to bring you food.” _x000D_ He was taken to the hospital. It was on this day that the hospital was bombed. Sasha never saw her father. Many doctors and medical workers were also killed. The head of the hospital started looking for people who have at least some medical education. Sasha had 2 years of medical school behind him. So Sasha joined the Red Army. _x000D_ It was July 1943, the village of Prokhorovka was the very village that went down in history with the famous tank battle on the Kursk Bulge. _x000D_ From the stories of Alexandra Stepanovna: A huge field of ripening rye was growing like a golden sea with no shores. And on this field appeared tanks, a huge number of tanks. The nice summer glitter of morning sun rays turned to a sea of fire. There was nothing to breathe. A drunken fascist with a naked torso and a rifle in his hands, shooting right and left indiscriminately. Shouts of "Sister!" were heard from everywhere. And Sasha hurried to these screams, dragged the wounded on herself, provided first aid. She did not have time to be scared, it was hard work and desire to help those in pain and take revenge for the death of the father. _x000D_ Alexandra went through the whole war with a line from a song as a motto: “I want an instant death, and if I am wounded let it be small… ”_x000D_ And truly, there was only a single wound at the end of the war in Austria in 1945, on the border with Germany. Until 1945, Alexandra, as part of the 136th Artillery Brigade, went through Ukraine, Bessarabia, Romania, Yugoslavia, and Austria. _x000D_ In 1944, near Budapest, the Brigade was pressed by the Germans to the banks of the Danube. There was a catastrophic lack of resources, there were many lethalities. It was a matter of honor to save the Brigade banner. They built a raft. The banner was wrapped around Sasha. She did not know how to swim, they put an inflated tire on top as a circle. She was sent to the other side, accompanied by two soldiers. While they were crossing, a German aircraft began bombing. Sasha knew that she could not drown, because she must save the banner by all means. She lay down on the raft, grabbed hold of it with her hands. When exhausted, she went ashore, there was only one soldier with her. The second was wounded and carried away by the current. On the shore, they were met by our tank division, which drove the Germans 10 kilometers away. The banner was saved. _x000D_ Alexandra was about to reach Berlin. But she was wounded on April 16, 1945 on the border of Austria and Germany. She ran to the aid of a wounded soldier. The shell hit him directly. In front of her, it tore apart, and one of the fragments hit her right cheek. Sasha was concussed. Wounded, she was admitted to the hospital. When she began to recover, she was doing some work for the wounded. _x000D_ A colonel with severe burns lay in one of the chambers. 3 weeks before the Victory, a burning German aircraft fell on his car passing over the bridge. Miraculously, he managed to escape. He got out of the car and, covering his eyes with his hands, walked straight through the fire. He survived, but was very badly burned. Especially the hands. They even wanted to amputate them, if not for Sasha. She became very attached to this Colonel. Through a German woman who worked as a nurse, she learned that there was an Austrian professor in the city who specialized in treating burns. Sasha found a captain who spoke German and went with him to persuade the professor to help. He said that he could help, but did not know how to get to the hospital. Then Sasha and the Captain dressed the professor in Soviet uniforms and brought them to the Colonel. The treatment prescribed by him saved his hands, on which he promised to carry his Sasha all his life. _x000D_ He wrote a letter to her mother asking for her hand. Mom blessed them, despite the 15-year age difference. So they lived together all their life. They celebrated Victory Day in 1945 in the hospital. Everyone was crying with happiness. And then for many years they did not like the sound of fireworks. It reminded them a sound of the war.

Yakov Aleksandrovich's maternal grandfather has an unusual and tragic fate. Shortly before the attack of Nazi Germany on the Soviet Union, Yakov served in the army in Belarus. As part of a military unit, young untrained fighters were sent to exercises near the city of Brest. At that moment, when the fascist troops were already marching along the country roads of Belarus, the fighters, armed only with training rifles, remained unaware of the true situation. The meeting with the fascists was a real blow for them. Splitting into small groups, the soldiers began a disorderly retreat, unable to conduct at least some kind of defense. Many died without firing a single shot, since there were no ammunition. Yakov was seriously wounded by shrapnel from a shell burst, but he was still lucky: he and a group of comrades were able to hide in the woods. They walked at night, occasionally going into the villages, trying to get hold of at least some food. _x000D_ There was a legend in our family: in one village they were captured by local policemen. One of the women begged her fellow villager not to hand over the young boy to the Nazis, who was very weak. She gave the policeman expensive antique earrings, and he agreed to leave the dying man in her hut. The woman left Yakov in her house, and, having got stronger, he went to the partisans. _x000D_ And here is what Viktor Viktorovich Pashkin, the grandson of the eldest son of Yakov Aleksandrovich, told: “Yakov Aleksandrovich was friends with Nikolai Tsygankov. They were in the same partisan detachment, which was located in the forests near the city of Orsha. Nikolai was from the village of Ledeshnya (Dribinsky District, Mogilev Region) When they came to the village of Ledeshnya in December 1941 for a visit (there were no Germans and policemen in the village), Yakov Aleksandrovich met Nadezhda Vasilyevna Sulimova, my grandmother. In the spring, when the snow melted, he and Nikolai went to the detachment in the forest. My father Viktor Yakovlevich was born in October 1942. In the winter of 1942-43 my father was baptized in Christianity, the godfather was Nikolai Tsygankov, who was killed very soon. _x000D_ In 1944, Nikolai's son was born to Nikolai Tsygankov. We know that Nikolai Nikolaevich used to live in the city Vitebsk, we did not maintain a relationship.” For almost the entire war, Yakov fought in a partisan detachment, and when this territory was liberated, he was demobilized by injury. After demobilization, Yakov Aleksandrovich came to the town of Malmyzh in the Kirov Region, married my grandmother Tamara Sergeevna and worked as a boat Captain at the Sosnovsky Shipyard (his grandson, my brother Kostya, followed in his footsteps and became a Captain). Yakov Alexandrovich left us early: severe wounds received in battles shortened his life. Still, he managed to raise four children and saw the first granddaughter. A bitter feeling does not leave our family: our grandfather and great-grandfather fought in good faith for the Motherland, was seriously wounded, and was awarded medals and orders. But after the end of the war, the fact that he was surrounded, almost in captivity, played against him: all his awards were taken away. A few years later, he was honored as a veteran, awarded with anniversary medals, but the military awards had never been returned.
