The partisans

Stepan Stepanovich Korolev was born on May 17, 1917 in a strong peasant family in the North of Russia, in the Arkhangelsk region near Plesetsk, where the cosmodrome stands today. Stepan had many brothers and sisters. They all went to school, helped their parents grow rye in the fields and potatoes and onions in the garden, mowed hay, and grazed cows and horses. Stepan was a member of the Komsomol. When the Great Patriotic War began, five brothers went to the frontlines. Stepan had already been serving in the army since 1938, where he joined the communist party and was a paratrooper. Since the beginning of the war, Stepan Korolev had been deputy political officer, then political officer of the company, secretary of the party bureau of the 214th paratrooper brigade of the Belarusian military district. Since December 1941, he took up the position of the executive secretary of the party bureau of the special purpose detachment. He fought on the Western front near Moscow. Later, the special purpose brigade was transferred to help the Bryansk partisans near Dyatkovo, where Stepan participated in combat operations to defeat the enemy garrison at the Rzhanitsa station, in the liberation of the city of Dyatkovo. He, along with his friends, parachuted into the rearward of the enemy lines. Trying to be unnoticed, paratroopers blew up fascist trains with weapons, destroyed fire batteries, fought battles with the enemy, causing panic in its ranks. In one of his battles, Stepan Korolev was wounded. When he, along with other wounded soldiers, was being sent to the "mainland", the Nazis bombed their signal fires, and their plane could not land. Stepan Korolev got to the hospital too late. His leg was amputated. The combat officer started living with a prosthetic leg and started walking with a walking stick. He was only 25 years old... Stepan Stepanovich Korolev was awarded the order of the Red Star and Red Banner, the order of the Patriotic War of the I degree, and 13 medals. Several books on the history of the Plesetsk district were written about him and his brothers. After being wounded, Stepan Stepanovich Korolev continued to serve in the army, in the rearward. When he returned home after the Victory, he worked in the district party committee, then as an editor of the district newspaper. He gave lectures and talked to students, young officers, and soldiers about the war. He considered Victory Day - May 9 -to be the main holiday of his life. He died on December 6, 1995, leaving four adult children and six grandchildren. Now, he has eight great-grandchildren

Member of the partisan movement of Belarussia in the special Squad, named after KIROV of Gomel connection since July 8, 1942 to November 25, 1943. Born on August 15, 1918. in the village of Bortniki, Bobruisk district, Mogilev region, in a poor peasant family. My father was a shoemaker and my mother a dressmaker. In winter she sewed clothes and in summer she worked kolkhoz in the field. She was a perfect master of the sickle during harvesting. The farm had a cow, a couple of geese, and a dozen of chickens. Her family had four children - two brothers and two sisters. In 1935 she finished Bobruisk forestry college with the profession of furniture manufacturing technology. She was a Komsomol activist in the colleege, also participated in Amateur activities and in passing the TRP standards. She got married the same year. In the spring of 1936, her son Marik was born. When he came to stay with his grandparents in the summer, he liked to feed geese by hand with his grandmother. In the end of May 1941 her daughter Mariyka was born. In spring of 1941 her husband Mikhail was mobilized and sent to the area of Belostok (possibly for the construction of defensive structures), there he died in the first week of the war. On the 3rd day of the war, thieves (future policemen) stole a cow at night, wrapping the hooves with rags. In the end of June, her mother-in-law sent a horse from Bobruisk to take her relatives to the rear, but this could not be done, since all the roads were already clogged by the Nazis. The old men decided to return home, and Lydia and her sister Sofia, along with their two children, went to distant farms and villages, because local anti-Soviets could give them to the Nazis. The peasants sympathized with the refugees: some gave a slice of bread, some poured a Cup of milk, some gave a bulbina (potato). But everyone was afraid of the punishers, everywhere there were orders not to accept refugees and hand them over to the commandant's office. All residents were supposed to have ausweiss with them. Execution For non-compliance. We had to spend the night in the woods, or in haystacks. Where there were no policemen, you could sleep in a shed or bathhouse. By mid-September, the nights were getting colder and the children's health was getting worse. Marik became ill. A peasant woman in one of the villages was persuaded to accept the boy (her husband was also in the army, everyone believed that the fascists would soon be defeated and our people would return). The informer is unknown, but when, a couple of weeks later, his mother returned to visit her son, she saw only his worn-out shoes. One night the policemen came and dragged him out from behind the stove, where he was hiding in the straw, without even allowing him to put them on. Everything was done quickly, so as not to allow the victim to react and get his bottle of schnapps from the new owners as soon as possible... In those places, in the area of the current Krasny Bereg station, a hospital for wounded German soldiers was located and the point for collecting donor and children's blood was created there. Perhaps the boy was sent to that place where he died. After the war, when I was 6-7 years old, I remember my mother's bitter tears, as she wrung her hands and remembering all this, repeated: "I wish the Germans had killed me." These memories came back to her again and again, leaving a trace in my soul. After leaving this village, having suffered such a mental trauma, my mother lost her breast milk. The baby was doomed. She died in late October or early November. The first snow has fallen... the ground was not frozen yet. When Guderian's German tanks broke into Bortniki in late June and early July, the soldiers began to Rob the peasants, depriving livestock, milk, butter, and lard, but they did not commit any atrocities yet. They were eager to capture the bridges and crossings on the Berezina faster. But a week later, the field gendarmerie, the commandant's office, and the police appeared. The hunt for Communists and Jews began. One day the order was posted: "All Jews must gather by the commandant's office. Take your valuables and food for three days.”My grandparents Vera and Simon Freitman were sent to a ghetto (possibly, in Bobruisk), where all its inhabitants were killed by the spring of 1942. She was not accepted immediately To the partisan detachment, named after Kirov. There were a lot of checks. Her knowledge of Komsomol structures helped, and she also knew German well. Her skills to sew clothes was also useful. She was Accepted as a private on July 8, 1942, where she served until the moment of liberationon by Red Army troops under the command of K. K. Rokossovsky on November 25, 1943. She was awarded the command medals: Partisan of the Patriotic War, for the Victory over Germany, for valiant labor in the great Patriotic War, as well as, in peacetime, the jubilee medal “Twenty years of Victory in the great Patriotic War” and the Jubilee Badge “25 years of Victory in the great Patriotic War”. In peacetime, she worked in regional food industry as an economist, and then in Vodokanaltrest–as a motorist of pumping stations. Her health was severely damaged by the war. She died on March 28, 1978. There is a photo from partisan life-The work of a workshop for repairing uniforms. From the memoirs of her son-Vladimir Nikolaevich Suzdalev. 04/12/2020.

Tikhobaeva (Berendyugina) Anastasia Yegorovna was born in 1924, in the village of Devotskoye, Suzemsky district, Bryansk region. After the occupation of the territory of the Bryansk region by the Nazi troops, she joined the partisan detachment named after the 25th anniversary of the Red Army under the command of Alexander Nikolaevich Saburov. She fought as an ordinary soldier, as part of a machine-gun crew in the period from August 22, 1942 to August 25, 1944. Demobilized in the fall of 1944, she returned to her homeland, to the Bryansk region. She was awarded the medal "Partisan of the Patriotic War" and "For the victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." Memories of the war days 1941-1944 of partisan Tikhobaeva Anastasia Yegorovna. "I was born and lived in the Bryansk region. Before the war I was 16 years old. I will not describe the whole severity of my childhood, the family was large with 7 children. In 1937, during the period of Stalinist repressions, our father was taken away without trial. We had to work, to work on a collective farm - both juniors and seniors, in order to somehow survive. Participated in the raid of a partisan unit under the command of A. N. Saburov on the occupied territory of the Ukrainian SSR. And in 1941 the war began. Already in the fall of 1941 Germans came to our small village and began to establish their own order, some were shot, hanged, burned, etc. In connection with such cruelty of the Germans, people with weapons in their hands began to appear in our forests and began to attack the Germans. In the spring of 1942, many partisans appeared who beat Germans from all sides. And then the Germans sent punitive detachments to destroy civilians and partisans. They began to burn villagery, and drive civilians to concentration camps, and then they were taken to Germany, some were killed on the spot. Our village was set on fire and the civilians were gathered, led under escort to send them to concentration camps. Our village was burning. Mother with small children went into the unknown. We seized a moment when the punishers hesitated. My sister and I slipped into the thick grass, where there was a lot of nettle. Since there was a continuous cloud of smoke in the village, we were not noticed. Relatives were taken away and we were left alone in the forest. We went to look for people to whom we could ask for help, everyone hoped that the parents would return. Time passed and no one helped us. And then I decided to find one of the detachments of the formation of Alexander Nikolaevich Saburov, who was at that time in our forests. They found out and talked to me, found out that I was left alone without parents, I was accepted into the detachment. Kochetkov P. was enrolled in the machine-gun crew of the 1st company. It took a little time and in October 1942, our connection with the addition of small detachments, left the Bryansk forests and went into a distant raid across the steppes of Ukraine, making their way to the rear of the enemies. Small towns were liberated, garrisons were smashed. Following the orders of the High Command, we go further, forcing rivers with battles, they surround us, drown us in the Pinsk swamps, planes bomb from morning to evening, there is not enough weapons. Broken and hungry, we get in touch with Moscow and they deliver weapons to us with difficulty, they break through, planes fly to us. We went forward again. We occupied our large regional center, and suddenly our museum is there now. When we were in the regions of Kovel-Brest-Pinsk, it was 1944 in the spring, we were then gathered to march to the Carpathians, where Sidor Artyomovich Kovpak fought fierce battles with the Nazis. We didn't have to reunite with Kovpak. Some of the boats crossed to the other side, not all. The order came to go back where they were. Since Kovel, Lutsk, Pinsk were done, we joined with the Red Army. The army moved on, and we were sent to Kiev, to the village of Svyatoshino. There was a construction of an air town, we were there before demobilization and paperwork. In November 1944, I returned to my homeland, to the Bryansk forests. In the ashes where people started a new life. "

After his father left for the First World War, Grigoriy was the only man in the house. As a boy, he had to grow up early and share the household chores with his mother. G. Silonov served from August 20, 1927 to August 15, 1929 as a Rifleman in the 3rd Verkhneudinsky Rifle Regiment. Since 1932, he worked in the Zarya Industrial Cooperative, organized in Lebedinka. A month after the beginning of the Great Patriotic War on July 21, 1941, Grigory was called up for mobilization by the Berezovsky District Military Commissariate in the 139th Rifle Regiment. In November 1941, within the Siberian formations, he went to Moscow. They were armed with rifles. Any German shot caused a heavy barrage, including artillery fire in response. During one of the battles, he was wounded and captured with a large group of Soviet soldiers. They were immediately driven West. Germans placed them in the Church Building. Lack of air and limited space caused a large death rate. But Grigory managed to survive. Later, he was in a concentration camp in Germany, then in Italy. The fact is that when the prison camps in Germany itself were overcrowded, Hitler, in agreement with Mussolini, decided to send a significant part of the prisoners to Italy. Most of them were concentrated in the North of the country. Italian underground fighters provided assistance to Red Army soldiers who escaped from captivity, sheltered them, and transferred them to partisan detachments. Grigory managed to escape from the camp. He fought in the Italian Resistance as part of the 11th Beretta Brigade in the province of Parma. A certificate in Italian, certified by a seal, has been preserved about this. The life of the partisans was hard, but they held firm. According to Grigory, the punitive detachments of the Germans had to regularly cross the mountain ranges to Yugoslavia, when it became "hot" there, they went back to Italy. He joined the Beretta Partisan Brigade on April 11, 1944 and fought for more than a year - until May 1945. After the liberation of Italy, the Americans offered Grigory to stay in the West, but he refused. The journey home was a long one - only two and a half years after the end of the war, at the end of 1947, he had a chance to see his family. The Soviet Union was wary of former Soviet prisoners of war. And G. Silonov was lucky that after he returned to the USSR, he got to restore the Donbass. He worked as a logger at the Rumyantsevo Mine. He was a member of the Trade Union of workers of the coal industry of Donbass. When returning home, his suitcase, which contained Italian awards, captured wrist watches and all simple belongings, was stolen by a Muscovite who also worked in the mines and got off the train earlier. All that remained was a certificate of participation in the Italian Resistance, kept in his breast pocket. Grigory Silonov lived to almost 80 years old.

Rank: Red Army Soldier_x000D_ Branch of troops: Ground Forces, Air Force (except for naval Aviation), Coastal Service, NKVD troops, Border Troops. _x000D_ _x000D_ Skorina Danila Andreevich was born in 1910 in Polesie, in the village of Malaya Plotnitsa (Brest region, Pinsk district). By the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, he was 31 years old, he had a family: a wife, three children, an old mother and a sick older sister. The Germans so rapidly occupied the territory of Belarus in the first months of the war, that the Brest region by mid-July 1941 was already under the Nazis. They did not manage to evacuate civilians or demobilize adult men. The men went into the forests, to partisan detachments. _x000D_ From the first days of the occupation, my grandfather fought in the Lenin detachment, which belonged to the Polesie formation of the Pinsk region. The unit was commanded by the legendary brigade commander Vasily Korzh. Grandfather knew his native places very well: forests, swamps, roads. Therefore, he was a contact for three partisan detachments. _x000D_ He was a lead of a group of demolition men at the Malkovichi and Gantsevichi railway stations. They went out at night, and it happened that in one night they walked 20 km. When the policemen informed the Germans that Skaryna Danila was a partisan, his house was burned down. The grandmother and the children miraculously survived. _x000D_ Besides, my grandmother was pregnant. She went with the children and the elderly to the forest. There, in a dugout, their youngest son Vanya was born. Grandma was an amazing woman! None of the children died at that hard time, all survived! _x000D_ Polesie was liberated during Operation Bagration by the troops of the 1st Belorussian Front. Brest lands and Pinsk region were cleared of enemies by units of the 61st Army under the command of General P.A. Belov. They advanced in the front of Pinsk through Luninets. This took place in July 1944. Partisan detachments joined the ranks of the regular army. _x000D_ And my grandfather went to the front. He fought in one of the rifle units of the 61st Army. The combat path of my grandfather went through Europe. He participated in the liberation of Riga, Warsaw, Poznan, in the battles of Königsberg, fought on the Elbe and in Berlin. Grandpa was wounded and was in the hospital. He was awarded the medal "For Courage" and "For Victory over Germany". With these medals, he returned from the front. _x000D_ After the war, as a front-line soldier, he was awarded six more medals. When grandfather returned to his native village, there were practically no houses left, people lived in dugouts and sheds. From Germany, grandfather brought a "war trophy" - a suitcase of nails! He was a good carpenter, helped people build houses, repaired equipment, worked in the timber industry. And most importantly, he was a loving husband and father! _x000D_ Grandfather and grandmother loved each other very much, they were a nice couple. They had four children: three sons and a daughter - my mother. Grandfather died in March 1990. He was 80. Many years have passed, but I remember and love my grandfather, I remember his clear blue eyes ... I am proud of him, I keep the memory of him, front-line photographs, his watch and a lighter. Skorina Danila Andreevich is a simple Belarusian soldier of the Great Patriotic War.

Sozyriko Tomaev's youth ended early enough. As a young guy, he went to war. Having received serious injuries in the first two years of hostilities, he, nevertheless, barely recovered, rushed back to the front. In 1942, being a machine gunner of the 41st Squad of the Reconnaissance Battalion of the 4th Rifle Division, during the battles in the M-Belozerka-Tumashevka area of the Zaporozhye Region, Tomaev shot down an enemy aircraft with fierce machine gun fire. For his accomplished efforts, Sozyriko was awarded the Order of the Red Banner. _x000D_ And in the summer of 1943, he was sent to the disposal of the Leningrad Headquarters of the partisan movement. Now he had to test his strength by participating in a partisan war. Arriving at the 6th Partisan Brigade, Tomaev was assigned to command a platoon of the 4th Company. The partisans operating in the Pskov Region became a powerful threatening force for the invaders. Sudden, bold raids haunted the Nazis. The population strongly supported them. Some villages were actually under their complete control. When a native of the village of Nart, Ardon Region of our republic, began his service in the Brigade, the partisans settled in the village of Zelensk. He was instructed to organize the defense of this village. _x000D_ Under his leadership, the partisans dug trenches, zigzag passages, and equipped bunkers. The village was surrounded by a solid defensive ring. In mid-August, the Germans sent large forces against them. On August 17, a large detachment of the Nazis began to attack the village, six to seven times larger than the partisan forces. But the defenders of the village boldly accepted the combat and not only withstood it, but also thoroughly battered the fascists. _x000D_ Having stumbled upon such stubborn and organized resistance, the Nazis retreated from the village and themselves went on the defensive. So the first baptism of fire of Sozyriko in the partisan war passed successfully. _x000D_ Soon, Tomaev was instructed to mine the railway between Serebryanka and Plyussa stations. Along this line, the invaders delivered ammunition and manpower to the front, and exported stolen goods to Germany. The worthy son of Ossetia went on a mission with the partisans Spiridonov and Ermolaev. Leaving them in ambush, he proceeded to mine the railroad tracks. The road was heavily guarded. From time to time the Germans fired machine-gun fire through the forest. Choosing the moment when the sentries moved away from the canvas, Tomaev quickly set mines and began to wait. Finally, the train formation appeared. Moments later, a violent explosion shook the air. Flame and black smoke engulfed a steam locomotive and carriages with exploding ammunition ... A week later, Tomaev's platoon dismantled a section of the road between Plyussa and Krasnye Strugi stations. As a result, the Plyussky railway junction was permanently out of order. Later, the command of the 6th Partisan Brigade decided to liquidate a large German garrison in the village of Lyubochary. Having made a hard night crossing through forests and swamps, the partisans unexpectedly attacked the fascist garrison and destroyed it. In this combat, Sozyriko showed himself as a brave and skillful warrior. His friends in the detachment more than once recalled how skillfully he threw grenades into the windows of houses where the Germans were hiding. The partisans mowed down the surviving invaders in bursts. _x000D_ In September 1943, comrade Tomaev was instructed to carry out a new sabotage on the railway. People from other platoons were selected at his disposal. Tomaev carefully thought out the operation, conducted preliminary reconnaissance patrol. It was decided to make explosions north of the Mshinskaya station. According to the plan, the partisans approached the station from the northeast and occupied the approaches to it, standing two or three meters apart. Having stretched out a chain for a long distance, they began to mine the road. At this time, the Nazis who discovered the partisans opened fire. But the partisans staunchly defended themselves. Sozyriko jerked to the enemy bunker and threw grenades at it. The partisans killed all the guards. Tomaev went on his next combat mission alone. _x000D_ In the afternoon, he made his way onto the railway between the stations of Luta and Tolmachevo. Neatly disguised in the forest, he watched the movement of trains. After waiting for darkness, he planted mines, and again hid in the forest. A couple of hours later, the enemy train took off into the air._x000D_ _x000D_ In October, the Nazis, frightened by the incessant sabotage, pulled together large forces to guard the road. The partisans were instructed to attack the Mshinskaya station and clear it of the invaders. It was a hard and dangerous operation. The Company set out for its execution at night. We walked through the forest, through a hard-to-pass swamp, knee-deep in water. They approached the station quietly and opened machine-gun fire on command. The partisans broke through to the station and inflicted fierce losses on the Nazis. But the resistance of the enemies was stubborn. Many people's avengers fell in the combat, the Company Commander was also mortally wounded, as a result of which the command passed to Sozyriko Tomaev. And soon the partisans made a bold raid at the Plyussa station, inflicting an unexpected blow on the Nazis and forcing them to retreat. The carriages of the trains headed towards the besieged Leningrad flew downhill. In the same operation, Sozyriko Tomaev was wounded again, but continued to fight and lead the combat. _x000D_ Sozyriko Mikhailovich Tomaev participated in the operations of the 6th Partisan Brigade until March 1944, when, after the disbandment of partisan detachments, he was again sent to the Soviet Army. Until the very end of the Great Patriotic War, he was at the front. _x000D_ And having demobilized, he returned to his native Ossetia. He returned with several orders and 14 medals. Already at home, he learned with sadness and pain that his younger brother Zanchora, who is still considered missing, had not returned from the battlefield. In peacetime, as well as in wartime, Sozyriko Mikhailovich remained a modest and hardworking person. For many years he worked in forestry in the Kurtatinsky gorge. He was always in the midst of public life. _x000D_ He was elected a Deputy of the Fiagdon village council. Later, the award of the Labor Veteran was added to his military awards. The former partisan was versatile in any job. In the late 60s, he built a wonderful house with his own hands in the village of Khidikus, in which he lived with his family, wife Zinaida and daughter Tamara. _x000D_ By the way, I would like to say a few words about Zinaida Tomaeva (Kretova). Arriving in Ossetia from the Kalinin Region, she learned the Ossetian language in a short time, and throughout her life she observed all local customs. She was especially good at making traditional Ossetian dishes. Zinaida Fyodorovna highly appreciated the name of the Tomaevs, and they, in turn, loved her. _x000D_ The last years of his busy life, Sozyriko Tomaev spent in his native village of Nart. He had many plans and ideas, but the severe wounds received on the battlefields did not pass without leaving a trace. In 1988 he passed away, but I want to believe that the lives of such people do not pass just like that. I would like to believe that they are alive, as long as they are, at least, remembered.

My grandfather was born on July 10, 1929 in the village of Novoselovo, Oryol region. A little later, he and his parents, brothers Sasha, Kolya and sister Maria moved to Orel. In 1941 he was 12 years old. On the very first day of the war, the entire Oryol region was transferred to martial law. _x000D_ Little Petya, together with his friend, the same kid, fled to the front, but was caught and returned to his mother. But by nature little Petya was a very stubborn and brave boy and did not leave the thought of fighting the enemy. Oryol was captured on October 3, 1941. An underground was organized in the city. The partisan detachments stationed in the occupied territory of the Oryol region behind enemy lines were numerous and they had to hide in the forests. For orientation on the terrain, the partisans needed a local guide, someone who could walk the streets without hindrance and would be inconspicuous to the enemy. These guides were my grandfather, 12-year-old Petya Tizanov and his friend Tolik Kretov. The boys, disguised as wandering through the streets of the city, conducted reconnaissance of the enemy's military installations and transmitted information to the partisans. These small but brave children fearlessly made sabotage forays into the food warehouses of the Nazis and delivered provisions for the partisans. _x000D_ After the counter-offensive on July 12, 1943 on the Oryol-Kursk Bulge, Soviet troops began to rapidly advance towards Orel. And then my grandfather, then a child at all, did not stand aside. When the first reconnaissance detachment of the Red Army approached the city, on their way, by some chance, the boy Petya Tizanov met, who told in all the details how to get into the city unnoticed, drew a detailed plan of where the strategically important objects of the enemy are located, spoke about the number of German troops and about where, how much and what kind of military equipment the Nazis have. _x000D_ On the night of July 26, 1943, Soviet long-range aircraft bombed Oryol. The German command decided to leave the Oryol foothold. The Germans began to evacuate the city. The eagle was declared a war zone. This is how the liberation of Oryol began. Even then, very young, Petya Tizanov, looking at the torment of the wounded, dreamed of becoming a military doctor and when he turned 18, the war was over for two years already, he entered the Odessa Naval Medical School and made his dream come true , became a military doctor. According to the distribution, he was sent to serve in the Baltic States, Klaipeda. There, as part of diving groups, he was engaged in lifting the ships sunk during the Great Patriotic War. Once, while participating in an operation to rescue the crew of a sunken submarine, my grandfather Pyotr Afanasyevich Tizanov gave his scuba gear to a sailor of the submarine's crew for lifting from the bottom of the sea, and he himself emerged without a scuba gear and received a serious barotrauma, a ruptured lung. He didn’t feel sorry for himself, but saved the life of a man. _x000D_ After the end of the service, my grandfather moved to live and work in the Kiev region, he devoted his whole life to saving the life and health of people. He was married to the only and beloved Tizanova (Voronova) Lina Vasilievna. He raised a daughter and a son, had three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He passed away at the age of 87, a month and a half after the death of his wife, 04/07/2016. _x000D_ P.S. My dear, beloved Grandfather-Daddy Petya .. That is how I called my grandfather in childhood .. I love you so much .. You are no longer with us, but you are alive in our hearts, in our children and you will live in our grandchildren and great-grandchildren .. Your loving granddaughter Anechka ..

Rank: Senior Sergeant _x000D_ Nikolai Sirotin, a brave recon of the Rostovets partisan detachment, was born on May 24, 1924 in the village of Bykovo, Stalingrad region, Pushkin Street, 33. In the first year of the war, his father and two brothers, Alexander and Zakhar, went to the war. Only my father returned from the war. _x000D_ He was also eager to join the fight against the Nazis. They did not take him into the army, as a minor, and the seventeen-year-old boy decided to get into a reconnaissance school. _x000D_ In the fall of 1942, during heavy fighting near Stalingrad, Nikolai Sirotin achieved his dream. He was sent to the school of Partisan Reconaissance officers, the formation point was in Leninsk. Later he was sent to the Moscow Reconaissance school. _x000D_ In March 1943, he was thrown with a group of comrades into the territory of Donbass occupied by the enemy. A small group of recons began to carry out the combat missions of the command. For a long time, the detachment collected and transmitted to the Soviet command valuable information about the deployment of enemy units, established contacts with local partisan groups, derailed enemy trains, and blew up commandant's offices. Soviet aircrafts had bombed German locations on a tip from partisans. Throughout his service, Nikolai Sirotin won the attention of the headquarters leadership with his military actions behind enemy lines. He quickly advanced in the service, he was awarded the rank of Senior Sergeant. Sirotin was an incredibly brave young man. From a letter from a member of the reconnaissance detachment of the surviving Sofia Belugina, from the village of Verkhniy Balykley, Stalingrad Region. Nikolai's mother:_x000D_ "Hello, Aunt Tanya! Everything that you conveyed, I handed over to Nikolai. I will write in more detail about him. We are in the same unit from the first days. Almost all the time he is on the front line ... (crossed out in bold, apparently by military caesura) ... honestly and conscientiously carries out everything that is entrusted to him. He rarely comes to us. There is no mail where he is, and if he writes, the letter will still be in his pocket. He asks you not to worry that he does not write. Please, send the front-line address of his brother Sasha and his father, I will write them. After the war he will tell you a lot of interesting details. Greetings from him to fighting brother Yurochka, and to all his comrades. Don't worry about Nikolai. Sonya Belugina. " _x000D_ In May 1943, the Nazis nevertheless went on the trail of recons. Twenty-two people, including Vera Listopad, Roza Dzhalilova from the village of Savinka, Pallasovsky district, Maria Orekhova, Maria Krasnoshchekova from Kislovo, Natalya Shpileva, Nikolai Sirotin, Dusya Bogatyreva and others, were arrested. Here is what his friend and companion in partisan struggle Grigory Efimovich Galushko wrote about these dramatic events to Nikolai's mother, in the detachment his name was “Ded”: _x000D_ “Hello, Tatyana Andreevna! The unfamiliar Galushko Grigory Efimovich sends greetings to you. I am writing a letter to you at the request of Sonya Belugina. She asked me to write a letter about the latest whereabouts of Nikolai Sirotin. Nikolai Sirotin is my friend in conviction and in arms. I met him on March 20, 1943 at the recon group of the Headquarters of the partisan movement in the village of Lesogorka, Rostov region. From there we began to prepare to cross the front line to work behind enemy lines. On April 17, I and one of my comrades went across the front line. Nikolay with other comrades went across on April 18. We all crossed the front line, but in the enemy's rear, in the second turnout line in the Krasnoluchinsky district, we were all overfished. This misfortune was included in our calculation. We were detained in different places at a distance of 10 km. As "defectors" we were all gathered and sent to Chistyakovo to conduct an investigation ... ". _x000D_ From a letter dated August 28, 1944, it follows that some of the arrested managed to confirm the legend of the defectors, and some of the guys, including Nikolai Sirotin, subsequently suffered a martyr's death due to the fact that two traitors were in the ranks of the partisan group. On May 13, 1943, E.I. Bogatyreva, V.G. Listopad, N.M. Sirotin and others, 22 people after brutal torture were shot in Dronovskaya gully, three kilometers from the town of Chistyakovo. Eyewitnesses of those events said that when the young men and women were taken to execution, one of them sang: "Get up, the country is huge ...". _x000D_ Grigory Efimovich Galushko informed later that when the guys were going to be executed, not one of them, including Kolya Sirotin, who was the youngest in the group, did not betray him by word, look, or gesture. He managed to confirm himself the legend of the "deserter". All his life, Ded felt obliged to tell people about the heroic deeds of the partisan heroes. _x000D_ From the memoirs of an eyewitness to the execution of partisans-recons, local historian M.A. Krivoruchko: "In September 1943, in the Filippov gully, in the eastern part of the city of Chistyakovo, it was crowded. By the decision of the executive committee of the city council, three pits were opened where the corpses of the shot were laid. It was hard to look at the tortured, bloody bodies. People identified their husbands and sons. But among them there were unknown young faces of men and women. Who are they? Why are they twisted in pairs by the hands? Only the identification of Vera Listopad indicated that they were partisans from a special reconnaissance group._x000D_ “A few years later, the remains of the perished partisans were reburied in a mass grave in the center of Torez (mass grave No. 1 ZU380-05-389, intersection of Pionerskaya and Engels streets, square). An obelisk of marble has been installed. Their names will remain in the memory of descendants, as an example of courage and selfless devotion to their beloved Motherland. The name of Nikolai Sirotin bears one of the streets of Torez (DPR) and the village of Bykovo (Volgograd region). His name was added to the electronic book of memory of Ukraine ( Partisans of the Donetsk region).

Rank: Red Army Soldier. Branch of Service: Armored and Mechanized Troops._x000D_ Pavel Taranenko was my grandfather. He was born in the village of Lenin's Way of Nikolaevskiy District, the Volgograd Region. Graduated from 4 classes School and courses of tractor drivers, worked for a collective farm._x000D_ In the second half of the 1930th, he served in the Red Army, took an active part in the liberation of Western Belarusians and Ukrainians from the Polish landlords, and in 1940 he fought with the white Finns._x000D_ In 1941, while defending Moscow, he was wounded in both hands and was treated in a hospital. After that - again on the front line. In one of the battles, he was seriously wounded and captured, ad got in a POW camp located in Belarus, in the village of Fanipol. On November 6, 1943, he and his comrades escaped from the camp, taking a machine gun along the way. Then he was fighting for his Homeland in the partisan detachment named after the 25th Anniversary of the October revolution, showing himself to be a fearless and courageous fighter._x000D_ In the detachment, he was a machine gunner. More than once he went out with the partisans in ambushes, on sabotage, took part in battles. Not far from the location of the detachment was a road. The command decided to make an ambush to destroy an entire column of enemy vehicles. In this operation, the partisans destroyed 54 trucks, 2 armored cars and more than 200 fascist soldiers and officers. In the last battle, covering the retreat of the partisans and protecting the vital cargo for the detachment, he was left alone, fighting to the last cartridge. Pretending to give up, he let the Nazis get closer and detonated an anti-tank grenade, destroying more than 20 Germans and policemen. It was on May 4, 1944._x000D_ My grandfather was considered missing, and we only learned about his fate in 1971, thanks to the work of Belarusian pathfinders and his fellow soldier V. Morozov. There is a mass grave at the place where Pavel Taranenko died, in the village of Sloboda in the Uzden District of the Minsk Region. My grandfather's self-sacrifice saved the lives of 13 of his comrades. His feat was not awarded. The memory of him is in our hearts.

Nikolay Osikov was born in 1910 in the Donbass Region, in the mining village of Titovo (now Lisichansky District of the Luhansk Region). Before the war, he worked for Metrostroy, where he was one of the best managers of shield drilling. He was relieved from military service - but when a particularly difficult situation developed near the capital in the autumn of 1941, Nikolai went to the front._x000D_ With a group of fighters, he crossed the front line and became the commander of a partisan unit in the forests of Mozhaisk Region. The partisans carried out raids on German headquarters, set them on fire and derailed the enemy’s trains. He was in the same unit as Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya. There were many girls in Nikolai Osikov's squad who, like Zoya, risked their lives and fearlessly performed important tasks._x000D_ In one of the battles, Osikov was seriously wounded, but managed to take out his comrade — in-arms, also a metrostroevets, Ilya Reznikov, from the battlefield. In this battle, Nikolai Stepanovich lost an arm, was treated in a hospital for a long time — but at the end of 1942, he again came to the construction site and led the advanced section on the construction of the Baumanskaya station._x000D_ For many years, Nikolai Stepanovich Osikov worked first in the production Department of the Metrostroy Department, then in the control room. He was a very responsible and very humble person. He did not like to talk about the war — and his colleagues learned about his feat, of course, not from him. But about Zoe and the other girls in his squad, he always spoke willingly, with pride and great respect. Zoe's last assignment, he said, was very difficult. At that time there was a German unit in Petrishchev — and it was almost impossible to set fire to the commandant's office building unnoticed._x000D_ Nikolai Stepanovich was awarded the order of the red Star and the order of the Patriotic war I degree._x000D_ "The heroism of the partisans and underground workers could not but be reflected in the architecture of the Moscow metro stations, which continued to be built during the great Patriotic war. Then seven new stations were built — three ("Novokuznetsk", "Paveletskaya" and "Avtozavodskaya") on the Zamoskvoretskaya line and four ("Baumanskaya", "Elektrozavodskaya", "Semenovskaya" and "Partizanskaya") on Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya. On each of them you will see a glittering gold inscription on marble slabs — "Built in the days of the great Patriotic war"._x000D_ At the station "Partizanskaya", on the platform at the first two columns, there are large sculptural figures of partisan heroes by the famous sculptor Matvey Genrikhovich Manizer-Muscovite Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya and a peasant from the Pskov region Matvey Kuzmin, who repeated the feat of Ivan Susanin in 1942._x000D_ According to the memoirs of his family, Nikolai Stepanovich rarely spoke about the war. Thank you to all those who have collected bits and pieces of information about the heroes of the war-so that their great-grandchildren do not forget their feat!

Druchin Anisim Gavrilovich_x000D_ _x000D_ At an early age, Anisim Gavrilovich was orphaned, and for a long time lived and was brought up by his older brothers and sisters. At that time, Anisim Gavrilovich was the Deputy head of the Balti railway station for political Affairs. After being evacuated to Kazakhstan with his family, Anisim Gavrilovich worked as a Deputy head of the political Department at the Dzhambul station. As a volunteer, he was enlisted in a detachment that was formed to throw into the enemy's rear and create partisan detachments there. After six months of training, he and the others found themselves behind enemy lines, in the lelchitsky district of the Polesie region. During the war, he served as a Commissar Of the first detachment of the Moldovan partisan unit. With the fraternal help of Belarusian and Ukrainian partisans, a detachment was formed named after Kotovsky-commander-Kozhukhar M. A., Commissar-A. G. Druchin. Anisim Gavrilovich kept in touch with the local population, conducted explanatory conversations, passed material for leaflets. Under his leadership, partisan Newspapers and leaflets were published (more than 50 thousand leaflets were distributed by the detachments Of the first Moldavian unit), and he actively participated in the battles with the fascist punishers. Under his leadership, 40 enemy echelons were derailed. Another time, when they were bombed, the bomb exploded very close, so that it was covered with sand. The third concussion he received when crossing the river. After these events, he developed severe headaches. Doctors said that he had a brain tumor and offered trepanation of the skull, but did not have time to perform the operation. On may 30, 1945, Anisim Gavrilovich died. But the memory of him remains alive in our hearts. This was a real Commissar, honest, principled, cheerful and sincere, who always took care of his fighters!

Dmitriev Boris Mikhailovich_x000D_ _x000D_ Boris Dmitriev - commander of the sabotage group of the 211st partisan detachment named after K. K. Rokossovsky in the temporarily occupied territory of the Mogilev region of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic.Born on June 11, 1924 in Moscow in the family of an employee. Russian. In 1941, he graduated from the 9th grade of the school. Participant of the great Patriotic war. In 1942, he graduated from the special school of demolition miners, after which in July 1942 he was sent to the partisan group Of G. N. Borozny (from January 1943-the 211st partisan detachment named after K. K. Rokossovsky), which operated in the Osipovichi district of the Mogilev region temporarily occupied by the German-fascist troops of the territory of the Belarusian SSR.Komsomol member Boris Dmitriev was the commander of the sabotage group. He personally participated in the bombing of eighteen enemy echelons, which resulted in the destruction of one thousand two hundred and sixty Hitlerites, eight tanks, thirty-two cars, eleven guns, one hundred and fifty-four tons of fuel.Boris Dmitriev trained fourteen partisan bombers. The sabotage groups that he led blew up one thousand four hundred railway tracks, eleven railway and thirty-two highway bridges, twenty-two cars and three enemy tanks.Brave 19-year-old partisan bomber B. M. Dmitriev died a brave death in battle on February 23, 1944 in the village of Kamenichi, Osipovichi district, Mogilev region. He was buried in the town of Osipovichi in the Mogilev region of Belarus. Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated August 15, 1944 for exemplary performance of fighting tasks of command at the front struggle with German-fascist invaders and displaying courage and heroism Dmitriev Boris was posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union. Awarded the order of Lenin, the medal "partisan of the Patriotic war" of the 1st degree. The street and school No. 1 in the city of Osipovichi are named after the Hero."In may 1941, Boris Dmitriev, a student of the 243rd Moscow school, graduated from the ninth grade. He studied well, but success was not easy for him. He was distinguished by perseverance, hard work, and self-discipline. Teachers noted Dmitriev's directness, honesty, and integrity in large and small matters. Such character traits are usually attractive. It was no accident that Boris was always surrounded by friends, loved, and listened to. Concentration and childhood were strangely combined in this young man: an independent study of Marx's capital And games of "Cossack robbers" with yard boys, an elaborate system of self-education and a touching love for animals…And yet, who would have thought then that in a year Boris, who just turns 18, will become the commander of the partisan demolition squad; participating in combat operations, will die before four months before his 20th birthday, and will be posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union. Boris did not have time to see "adult" life peaceful. Those incomplete 3 years that he lived in the war were difficult and dangerous. They made his name and deeds immortal. Just like hundreds of other Komsomol members, his peers, he besieged the Komsomol district Committee in the first days of the war, begging and even demanding to send it to fight the enemy. Soon he became a cadet in a special school. The days of study passed quickly. Boris has mastered the specialty of demolition. Now he had the work for which he had been striving and preparing, which was fraught with many unknown and dangerous things - fighting behind enemy lines. In the hot June days of 1942 Dmitriev with a group of friends crossed the front line, and in August, when we left behind about 600 miles, was a guerrilla commando group G. N. Borozna, acting on the territory of Osipovichi district of Mogilev region (later, the group has increased 211 guerrilla group. K. K. Rokossovsky). When a certain combat experience was accumulated, he began to train students himself. In the combat characteristics of Boris, signed by the commander of the Osipovichi military task force (VOG), Hero of the Soviet Union N. F. Korolev, it is noted that he trained 14 bombers. Many of them later became mine-demolition instructors or commanders of demolition groups. The same characteristic marks other achievements of B. Dmitriev: "Led 4 operations to destroy the enemy's railway guard. Participated in 7 ambushes and 3 open battles."In the summer of 1943, during one of the operations to destroy the enemy garrison in the Osipovichi district, Boris was in the assault group. At the signal of the green rocket, the partisans rose to the attack, but suddenly an enemy machine gun began to fire from a camouflaged bunker. The partisans pressed themselves to the ground. An unexpected delay could disrupt the operation. And suddenly a small figure detached itself from the ranks of the partisans and quickly crawled forward. It was Boris Dmitriev. Risking his life, he crawled to the bunker and threw grenades at it. The machine gun immediately stopped, and then Boris, who had risen to his full height, drew his comrades into the attack. For this battle, he was awarded the Medal "partisan of the Patriotic war" I degree. In his spare moments, Boris always made something, perfected partisan subversive means, invented intricate mines - "surprises". Once the punishers surrounded the partisan camp and the command decided to leave it, break out of the ring. Then Boris at the last minute so skillfully mined all the approaches to the camp and some dugouts that the Nazis did not suspect anything until they ran into the mines. The lines of the award list succinctly record the military Affairs of B. Dmitriev: "I personally destroyed 10 trains (8 locomotives, and 87 cars with enemy manpower and equipment), 11 cars, 1 tankette and 1 gun, 2 bridges on the railway and 11 highway bridges. As part of the group, he participated in the bombing of 7 echelons and in ambush battles...". Veterans of the Osipovichi VOG often recall the daring operation that Boris carried out on the Osipovichi - Tatarka railway line. In the afternoon, literally under the noses of the Nazis, he mined a railway bridge. As a result of the explosion, an enemy train derailed, in which about 200 officers were sent to the front. As the days passed... Boris often thought about his father fighting at the front, about his mother and sister Katyusha, who had remained in distant Moscow. In March 1943, his family received a message from him. Boris wrote: "Don't worry about me. I'm healthy and I feel good... I have many, many comrades-in-arms, and their ranks are increasing. I have already been on many combat operations... The partisans know that the Red Army is moving forward. It will soon liberate Belarus, and then we will see each other. In the meantime, we need to expel the fascists...". they did not have to See each other... Boris fought fearlessly in the Belarusian forests for almost a whole year. It was a time when, anticipating an approaching catastrophe, the occupiers intensified their repression of the civilian population and punitive actions against the partisans. February 23, 1944 the Nazis with large forces suddenly attacked the Outpost of the 211st detachment in the village of Kamenichi, Osipovichi district. The enemy battalion was opposed by 12 partisans, including B. Dmitriev. After sending a messenger to headquarters, they decided to hold out until the last possible moment. The partisan forces were gradually melting away. After the death of the group commander, the wounded Boris took command. As best he could, he encouraged his comrades with the hope that help would soon come. Unfortunately, she came too late. 11 partisans fell to the death of the brave. Comrades of the young Muscovite buried with honors on the Belarusian land. In the post-war years, a reburial took place, and now he rests in a mass grave in Osipovichi. In this city, a street and a school are named after him. Six months after that battle, Boris Mikhailovich Dmitriev was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union posthumously. Hero of the Soviet Union B. Dmitriev remained in the memory of his military friends, and the Belarusian land remembers him, for which he did not hesitate to give his life." Author I. Danchenkov Fedor Semyonovich_x000D_ _x000D_ Rank: Colonel Fedor Semyonovich Danchenkov was born on November 6, 1914 in the village of Zhukovo, Orel province (now Dubrovsky district, Bryansk region). In addition to him, the family had three younger brothers. Ancestors Danchenkova was from the don Cossacks. In 1934, Fedor entered the Kiev artillery military school. After graduation, he was sent to serve in the small Ukrainian town of Fastov. There Lieutenant Danchenkov met a girl Tamara with the unusual surname Senator. She was Polish and became his lifelong friend. Fyodor Danchenkov received his baptism of fire in 1940 during the Soviet-Finnish war. For his courage and heroism, he was awarded the medal "for bravery". The Great Patriotic war began. Heavy bloody battles, huge losses, retreat… In September 1941, Fedor Danchenkov was surrounded. Dirty, overgrown, wounded in the thigh he arrived in German-occupied Dubrovka, where lived his cousin Michael Bravely. Gradually, Danchenkov began to create a partisan detachment, recruit cadres to fight in the deep underground, send his people to work in the local authorities created by the Nazis (village elders, district Council, police). In the spring of 1942, Danchenkov took his detachment to the Bocharovsky forest, to the base already established there by the commander of another partisan detachment, Nikolai Ustinovich Borodynkin. In April, the first Association of several small detachments took place in a large one, which took the name of the legendary civil war hero Chapaev. Captain F. S. Danchenkov became the commander of the Chapaev United partisan detachment. In October 1942, by order of the commander-in-Chief of the partisan movement K. E. Voroshilov, the partisan brigades of the Kletnyansky forest were created. Captain F. S. Danchenkov was appointed commander of the First Kletnyansky partisan brigade, and political Commissar I. K. Gaidukov became Commissar. By the fall of 1943, the brigade had already United more than 3 thousand partisans. Fedor Danchenkov's mother and younger brother, Mikhail, fought in the brigade. The partisan movement provided significant assistance to the red army in expelling the enemy. After the liberation of the Bryansk region, brigade commander Danchenkov with most of his forest Avengers went to the front and as part of the 324th upper Dnepr red banner rifle division of the 50th army and smashed the enemy to complete victory. After the war, F. S. Danchenkov served in the Group of Soviet troops in the GDR. Despite the workload, it maintained close liaison with the guerrillas-"dancetime" and was always ready to come to their aid. After retiring, Danchenkov lived in Kiev. Until recently, he was actively working on Patriotic education of young people. In his spare time, Fyodor Semyonovich liked to work and relax in the country. He died on May 8, 1989, just one day short of another great Victory Day. In Dubrovka, the memory of the legendary brigade commander F. S. Danchenkov and I. K. Gaidukov is revered. They were the first in the history of the village to be awarded the title of honorary citizens of Dubrovka. The monument, which was erected on a mass grave in the partisan capital - the village of Bochary, has a memorial plaque dedicated to the brigade commander. It is fortified in the place where the earth from his Kiev grave is buried. One of the streets of Dubrovka is named after brigade commander Danchenkov.
