Bardadin Vasily Vladimirovich 1897-1978, colonel of the Soviet Army, participant of the First World War, the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War. Vasily Vladimirovich served in the tsarist army, took part in the battles of the First World War, and rose to the rank of junior non-commissioned officer. In 1918 Bardadin V.V. entered the service in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. Participated in the Civil War. Performed positions: head of cavalry reconnaissance of the 3rd Soviet detachment, instructor-machine gunner of the reserve Samara regiment, assistant platoon commander of a separate cavalry regiment. He actively participated in battles with the Basmach formations in Central Asia, having distinguished himself during the battle near the village of Durman on July 23, 1922. By order of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic No. 147 of October 4, 1923, the squadron commander of the 4th cavalry regiment of the 2nd separate cavalry brigade Vasily Bardadin was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of the RSFSR. After the end of the war, Vasily Bardadin continued to serve in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. In 1925, he graduated from the cavalry advanced training courses for command personnel, after which he was in various command positions in the cavalry units. He took part in the battles of the Great Patriotic War, being first deputy commander and then commander of the 212nd motorized division. Later he commanded the 91st Cavalry Division, was deputy commander of the 4th Guards Cavalry Corps, commander of the 67th Cavalry and 300th Rifle Divisions, and deputy commander of the 59th Rifle Corps. In 1946-1947, with the rank of colonel, Bardadin was transferred to the reserve. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner, the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree, the Order of the Red Star.
