Hero of the Soviet Union
Tsibizov Ivan Andreevich was born in 1915 in the village. Kayly of the Alekseevskaya volost (Moshkovsky district) of the Novonikolaevsky district. In 1938 he was called up to serve in the Black Sea Navy. By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of November 17, 1943, for the courage and valor shown during the Kerch-Eltigen operation, Senior Lieutenant Tsibizov Ivan Andreevich was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union (posthumously). He was awarded the Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner.
