At the wall of the Reichstag
in April 1945, Major I.V. Malyshev was appointed commandant of the city of Strausberg, liberated from the Nazis, located 30 km away from Berlin. May 2, 1945 was an employee of the Berlin commandant's office. The photo shows IV Malyshev, senior lieutenant A. Razgulyaev, I. Davydov and driver V. Pisarev against the background of the Reishstag wall, on which they left their signatures "We are Volgars from Saratov".
