Died during the Rzhev-Vyazemsk strategic operation of 1942. His surname and initials were engraved on the Aleksin monument in the Gorushki district: “To the Myshega soldiers who fell in battles for the freedom and independence of our Motherland in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945." The monument was erected by the workers of Myshega for the 20th anniversary of the Great Victory in 1965.
