Born on August 14, 1919. Graduated from the 3rd grade. He was drafted into the Army on May 18, 1941. Frol Pavlovich served in the 161st Separate Rifle Brigade as a rifleman. On February 23, 1943 he was wounded in the head by a shrapnel near Staraya Russa. He had surgery. There was a complication. Second operation was done on May 5. Frol Pavlovich was treated for four months in the evacuation hospital 2817. After recovery, from July 1944 to May 1946, he was sent to the 283rd Separate Construction Battalion to build Severstroy in Murmansk (Construction in the Far North). He was awarded the Medals "For Battle Merit", "For Defense of the Soviet Transarctic", "For Victory over Germany" and the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class.
