Kapitonov Vladimir Artemievich, Veteran of Labour, former Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Zavodskoy and Leninsky Councils of Kemerovo city, Head of the General Department of the Executive Committee of the Kemerovo City Council of People's Deputies. From 1942 until the end of the Great Patriotic War he worked at the Kemerovo coke-chemical plant.
