Kobyakov Ivan Pavlovich.

After graduating from the Volsk Aviation Technical School, he got into the 72nd Aviation Bomber Regiment on the Finnish Front. He celebrated Victory Day in Germany. After graduating from the Air Force Academy named after Zhukovsky he continued to serve in the Volsk Military School of the Home Front.
