Solonenko Alexey Grigorievich

He was called up to serve in the ranks of the Red Army in 1939; he had a chance to fight in the Great Patriotic War in tank forces on a T-34 on the Kursk Bulge.Had a serious injury. It took the surgeons and nurses of the Kazan hospital 9 months to get the soldier to his feet. Since September 1944, the soldier is back in the ranks, but already as an operative in Kalinin (now Tver), liberated from the German invaders. He carried out work to combat banditry and anti-Soviet groups. From 1947 he lived and worked in Altai in the village of Stepnoy Kuchuk.
