He fought in the 74 rifle division named after Shchersa at 43 medical battalion. He liberated Stalingrad, the peoples of Europe. Awarded with the Order of the Red Star, medals: For military services, For the defense of Stalingrad, For the capture of Berlin, For the Victory over Germany, etc.
