Singatulla Sibaev was born in 1906 in the village of Staroe Alparovo in the Alkeevsky district of the Tatar ASSR.
In March 1942, he was drafted by the Tutaevsky district military commissariat of the Yaroslavl region and initially sent to the 3rd reserve battalion of chemical defense in Kineshma.
A month later, he was sent to the 1156th Regiment in Rybinsk (probably the 1156th Cannon Artillery Regiment, which was part of the Moscow Military District at the time).
On June 26, 1943, he was part of a team of 78 soldiers from the 15th Reserve Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment, who were sent to a medical examination center in Moscow.
* The 15th Reserve Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment (2,605 men) was formed at the Self-Propelled Artillery Training Center on the basis of the 15th Reserve of the Moscow Military District.
At first it was in Kolomna, then in Iksha. In the spring of 1943, the regiment was relocated to Pushkino, its main units were located in Ivanteevka.
On July 2, 1943, he was sent from the Moscow City Military Enlistment Office's Transfer Point as part of a team of 39 people to Evacuation Hospital No. 3070, which was located in the city of Kanash in Chuvashia.
After that, his combat path is unknown, but it is known that he fought in the Kharkiv direction and was an automatic rifleman (according to the post-war report of the Tutaevsky Military Enlistment Office, 1947).
He was last heard from in September 1943, and he was listed as missing in action since November.
