Tsyganov Stepan Dmitrievich, Tsyganov Stepan Dmitrievich, born in 1921, in 1944 - a sergeant, commander of a communications platoon of the 647th Rifle Regiment of the 216th Rifle Division of the 51st Army of the 4th Ukrainian Front. He was awarded the Order of Glory, III degree.
