The Administration of the Kursk Region, in collaboration with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Russian Railways, and volunteer organizations, has organized evacuation activities for elderly individuals and disabled persons, as well as refugees from the border areas of the Kursk Region to other regions of Russia via a special train.
