Name: Parvitsky Vera Ivanovna_x000D_ last NAME: Parnicka NAME: Faith middle name: Ivanovna CITY: Kovrov DATE of BIRTH: 07.07.1914 DATE of DEATH: 28.10.1995 HISTORY: Rank: major. Branch of the armed forces: military medical staff. Vera Ivanovna was born on July 07, 1914 in Kovrov, Vladimir region. She was the youngest daughter of the Kovrov priest John Fyodorovich Parvitsky and Ekaterina Ivanovna Moiseeva (Parvitskaya). After finishing school, despite excellent grades, she was not accepted to Medical school for a long time, because she was a "priest's daughter". But she doesn't give up and keeps trying to get in. Finally, it is accepted. She is doing very well and is graduating from the Institute. Vera Ivanovna really learned what war is back in December 1939, when she was drafted into the army as a graduate of the Ivanovo medical Institute and started working in the Toropetsky hospital. On the Karelian isthmus there were fierce battles with the Finnish army. It was a short-lived war, but fierce and bloody. Hundreds of wounded and frostbitten Soviet soldiers came to the hands of doctors, waiting for help, rescue. V. I. Parvitskaya already plunged into the difficult, on the verge of life and death, front-line everyday life, received her first military experience. Then there was a short and bright year of peace, joy and favorite work. And again-war. On June 22, 1941, the military echelon left Kovrov, taking away from home for five long years a young doctor Vera Ivanovna - already a senior Lieutenant (captain ?) medical services. As part of the 4th Shock Army, operating both in hospitals and in the field, it goes through the entire war. I've been in environments where I've been out fighting. Surgeon of a mobile field hospital. Only those who have been in the war really know what this service is, how incredibly difficult and dangerous it was. Not without reason, many years later, the legendary Marshal G. K. Zhukov in his famous book of memoirs noted that in winning the Victory, the merit of front-line doctors is no less significant than the merits of military leaders, soldiers and officers. She is repeatedly awarded. In January 1944, on the Baltic front, captain of the medical service Vera Ivanovna Parvitskaya, working as a resident in the surgical military field mobile hospital (HPPG 4189 4 UD. A), receives the medal "for military merit". In July 1944 - the most important award - the order of the red Star. In 1985, in honor of the 50th anniversary of the victory - the order of the Patriotic War II degree. Vera Ivanovna ends the war already in Konigsberg (present-day Kaliningrad) as a major in the medical service. Here is how V. I. Parvitskaya recalled the years of the great Patriotic war: "a Tent, an old dugout or a surviving barn in a burned village. The dim light of the "smoker", made from a shell casing, which the orderly kept at the operating table. Hastily put together bunks in two floors and the roar of explosions (after all, the front line is very close). This was our usual "working environment". And operations had to be done very different, sometimes very complex, to process hundreds of wounded. And then again and again to change the location, quickly, in a few hours to deploy to a new location and again operate, operate. As about happiness, we dreamed of a few hours of sleep and rest, just about silence." But on may 9, 1945, the war did not end for Vera Ivanovna Parvitskaya. And in the same year, 1945, it was immediately transferred to the far East, to Mongolia, where the Russian-Japanese war was still ongoing. She had a lot to see and experience in the war with the Japanese militarists, to help the Mongolian people in the fight against epidemics. There were awards, grateful eyes of the wounded returning from hospitals to the system. There Vera Ivanovna receives a personal certificate, signed by Stalin himself, for crossing the waterless Gobi desert. In the post-war peace time, Vera continued working as a surgeon and obstetrician, In the 70-ies of the last century, in charge of 2nd maternity ward 1st Kovrov city hospital and the reward for it was happy tears of mothers, the first time took at the hands of their kids loudly announcing the birth, that is born on earth one little person. Hundreds of Kovrov residents could call her their "godmother", and many medical professionals their mentor in the profession and life. However, due to numerous complex operations performed by Vera Ivanovna, in the most difficult conditions, at the end of her life, She completely lost her sight.

DATE OF BIRTH: 05/01/1927 _x000D_ DATE OF DEATH: 05/23/2016 _x000D_ My mother, Aleksandra Nikolayevna Prikhodko (home front worker), was born on May 1, 1927 in the village of Novoborovlyanka, Troitsky District, Altai Territory. They lived hard, in particular, because of the wave of typhus. In order to protect themselves from desease, the family wandered from place to place, but still the children died one after another. They lived in the forest, parents worked in logging. The work was very hard, my grandmother overstrained, pulling the logs. To feed themselves, they collected cranberries in the swamps. _x000D_ When the war began, my mother was 14 years old, and she and her friends wanted to go to the war, but they did not take girls from such a deep rear, also the girls were minors. Despite the war, educational institutions continued to work, and my mother entered the Altai Agricultural Institute. From spring to autumn, the students worked in the fields helping to grow crops to send food to the front. After classes, tram lines were laid. _x000D_ Since the men were at the front, the girls had to do this hard work. It was hungry, my parents lived in the village of Bobrovka, and the institute was in Barnaul. Once, grandfather carried ice cream milk across the Ob River across the ice to feed his mother, and the frost was such that the potatoes froze, no matter how they wrapped them up. _x000D_ The Victory Day had come. Mom graduated from the institute. Since 1949 she worked as an agronomist in the Kosikhinsky district, laid a forest belt there for snow retention. It is still called "Brotherhood's strip". She was transferred to the head of the Aleiskiy zonal department, then she was appointed Senior agronomist in the Altai regional agricultural administration. _x000D_ In 1954 she began teaching at an agricultural college and graduated from the Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. Since 1960 she had worked as a biology teacher at a school. _x000D_ Since 1967, for more than twenty years she taught at the Agronomy Faculty of the institute, where she once studied herself (now it is the Altai State Agrarian University). She loved teaching, many students remember it with gratitude. She has the title of Veteran of the Great Patriotic War and Labor, was awarded two jubilee medals in honor of 60th and 70th anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany. Written by Petrenko (Prikhodko) Natalia Viktorovna (daughter).

Sometimes whole families went to the front during the Great Patriotic War. I’d like to tell you about the Pashayev family from the village of Akhty. Three brothers Seyfedin, Suleiman and Bunyam in the very first days of the war were enlisted in the active units of the Red Army. Leaving for the front (the family lived in Baku at that time), the brothers ordered the sisters to work in the rear and look after their old mother Shiriban. In the summer and autumn of the first year of the war, the sisters worked at the enterprises of Baku. _x000D_ Radio and newspapers reported disappointing news from the front. The brutal war brought grief to every family. And the Pashayevs also received death notifications. Seyfedin, (graduated from the Moscow Economic Institute, worked as a chief engineer at a confectionery factory in Baku) was killed in the military actions near Kerch. Suleiman, a graduate of the Kiev Artillery School of Commanders-artillerymen, later graduated from the Baku Medical Institute with honors (1940), died in besieged Leningrad in 1943. _x000D_ The elder sister decided to go to the front to avenge the dead brothers. The Baku military registration and enlistment office sent a young Komsomol member to military training. Nabisat perfectly mastered military weapons and became a machine gunner. Sergeant Pashayeva Nabisat Palchaevna became the Commander of the machine gun section. _x000D_ The younger sister Taibat at that time was already in Akhty with her mother. Her desire was great to avenge her dead brothers. Taibat completed medical courses and served as a medical instructor in 871st Infantry Regiment. At the front, she provided first aid. On her fragile shoulders, she carried hundreds of wounded soldiers. More than once she had to shoot at the Nazis, inserted fuses into grenades, and obtained valuable information about the location of enemy fire points. In August 1943, while bandaging a wounded soldier, Taibat was seriously wounded, but managed to help him, and only when it got dark, both of them were picked up by the nurses. After the hospital, she ended up in 161st Infantry Division and reached Berlin. Taibat Palchaevna was awarded the Order of the Red Star and several medals. _x000D_ Both Nabisat and Bunyam have state awards, (before the war Bunyam graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Baku State University with honors), who also went through a hard combat path. After going through the whole war, Pashayev Bunyam Palchaevich returned to Baku, began to teach at ASU. Some time later he was invited to lead the physics department of the DSU in Makhachkala. He retired with the title of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. _x000D_ The Pashayev family is a model of patriotism, and at the moment when the Motherland needed them, they paid tribute to their country. Thanks to people like them, it was possible to defeat the worst enemy - fascist Germany and win the Great Victory, the price of which cannot be understood by those who were not in the war and did not experience its bitterness of losses. Eternal glory! NABISAT PASHAEVA IS MY MOTHER! I AM VERY Proud of My Mom!

My story about my grandmother, Prikazchikova Lydia Matveevna (06/05/1927 - 12/31/2009). Unfortunately, she is no longer alive, but what she told about her life during the war, our family will remember. _x000D_ When the war began, she was only 16 years old. She lived in the village "Nekhaevka", Veydelevsky district. Her grandfather Matvey went to the front. And she, her brother, and mother stayed in their native village. The Germans and Magyars settled in the village and forced them to dig trenches in the Rovensky region and the Victoropol region. Airpcrafts flew overhead, bullets whistled, my young grandmother fell face down in the ground with fear and covered her ears with her hands, and then again began to dig trenches. _x000D_ The Magyars behaved cruelly towards the inhabitants of the village, they forced them to bury the killed Germans in the "Badger Forest". Winter was approaching, and they forced to take off clothes and, most importantly, shoes from the dead bodies. _x000D_ There was nothing to eat, and the villagers ate potato peels, acorns, the children were swollen with hunger. My grandmother's brother Kolya was a little boy at that time. He and several other guys found a grenade and played with it like a toy and threw it into a pole. From such "fun", Kolya's grandfather miraculously survived, but lost one eye. After the war, my grandmother was looking for her dad, wrote to various newspapers, turned to the radio and other authorities, but one answer came: "... not to be listed among the dead, is considered missing." _x000D_ Nature will soon hide the traces of war, the bloody black trail will be washed away by the rains. But your feat, Soviet heroes, wil not be forgotten!

Branch of troops: Artillery _x000D_ I was born in Moscow into a working class family and studied in high school. In 1938 I joined the Komsomol, but in December 1939 I had to leave school (in 9th grade) due to the hard financial situation in the family. Since December 1939 I began working in the Sokolniki branch of the Mosgorbank, from where I voluntarily left for the active army. _x000D_ On 20th of March 1942, I arrived at the Field Army Artillery Depot No. 1404 of the Kalininsky, then North-Western, 1st Baltic fronts, where I was engaged in ammunition accounting, secret office work and acted as a typist. The Field Army Artillery Depot was part of 4th Shock Army. With this military unit I moved along the roads of war of the Kalinin, Smolensk regions, Belarus, the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania). Our army liberated many cities and towns: Toropets, Staraya Toropa, Peno, Ostashkov, Torzhok, Pochinok, Velizh, Nevel, Polotsk, participated in the destruction of the German group at Libava (Liepaja). _x000D_ Victory Day was celebrated in Darbenai of the Lithuanian SSR. In May 1944, I was accepted as a member of the Communist Party. The mission of our unit was to prevent the enemy from discovering our territory and timely deliver ammunition and weapons to the front line of 4 Shock Army. _x000D_ At the end of the war, we left the Baltic States only in September 1945 after trophies were collected and all property was shipped inland, and our warehouse was sent to the disposal of the TukVO headquarters. In June 1946, the warehouse was disbanded. _x000D_ From December 1950 to October 1952 I worked as an accountant, and then Chief Accountant for the Arys garrison. In December 1952, I left with my family for Moscow, as my husband was transferred to the disposal of a group of Soviet troops in Germany. In March 1954, I also went to GDR, where I was until September 1958, when my husband (Aleksei Aleksandrovich Polovodov) retired due to illness, and my family and I moved to Nyazepetrovsk. _x000D_ In Nyazepetrovsk I worked in the House of Pioneers, Secondary School No. 1 and for 13 years worked in the District committee of the Communist Party as an assistant to 1st secretary, then Head of the general department of the District committee of the Communist Party. _x000D_ I retired in November 1979. As a retired woman, I worked at the State Human Resources Department as a personnel inspector, and since December 1983 as the executive secretary of the organization of the Society “Znanie”. During this time, I carried out various party and public assignments, was elected Chairman of the women's council of a unit, city, secretary of a party organization, a member of the District committee of the Communist Party. For 13 years I had been elected Chairman of the District committee and a member of the regional committee of the Trade Union for cultural workers, for which I was awarded the honorary badge “For active work in trade unions.” _x000D_ Awards: “For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945”, "Twenty years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", sign “25 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War ”, "For valiant labor in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin" "Thirty years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", commemorative breastplate of the Veteran of 4th Shock Army, "60 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR", "Veteran of labour". _x000D_ The fact that I had been in the active army ( Field Army Artillery Depot No. 1404 of military unit 28777), 4 Shock Army made the corresponding entries in the labour record book and I was awarded a medal as a participant in the Great Patriotic War. Recorded by Nina Stepanovna Polovodova.

DATE OF BIRTH: 04/12/1925 _x000D_ DATE OF DEATH: 02/20/2012 _x000D_ Branch of troops: Artillery_x000D_ Alexandra Stepanovna was born on April 12, 1925 in the village of Gostishchevo, Belgorod Region. When she was one and a half years old, her father was sent to work in Donbass, in the city of Kramatorsk. She lived there until the beginning of the war. She entered a medical school, where she had been for 2 years. _x000D_ When the war began, the father was immediately taken to the front, the family members of the plant workers were evacuated. During the evacuation, the convoy, which included Sasha and his mother, came under fire near Kharkov. There were many victims, but they managed to survive. Alone, in a strange city, without shelter, without food. They decided to go to the Belgorod Region, where there were relatives. They walked along the railway tracks for a whole month, spent the night wherever, and ate what God would send. _x000D_ In 1941 Belgorod was occupied by the Germans, but there was nowhere else to go. For a year and a half Sasha was a messenger in a partisan detachment. At this time, the Nazis massively sent Russian people to Germany as free labor. They chose young, healthy and hardy girls. Sasha was 17 years old, she just met all the criteria. To stay home, Sasha treated her body with lapis, a substance that causes burns. The body was covered with spots and blisters, everything hurt wildly. But the Germans were afraid that she was sick and left her at home._x000D_ Later, after the war, Alexandra talked with her aunt, who ended up in Germany labor camps. In 1942 she was only 18 years old. They sent her and other girls in a boxcar, standing. They were forced to work in pigsties, where they spent the night, and fed them, too, along with the pigs. And all this continued until the liberation by our troops. Our young beautiful girls were treated like animals! _x000D_ Later after liberation of Belgorod, Alexandra moved to the village of Prokhorovka to dug trenches. Once she was walking with a friend for water. A soldier walked in the distance across the field. A friend told Sasha that the soldier looked like her father, whom Sasha had not seen for 2 years. Sasha did not believe it, but decided to shout: "Daddy!" He responded. They hugged each other and cried. _x000D_ My father served nearby. He began to take care of his daughter. Food then was very hard to find, and the father regularly brought something to Sasha, she shared with her friend. This went on for about two months. The girls knew that he came at about the same time. And one day at that time they heard the sound of a mine exploding in the field, and ran there. Sasha saw her father already on the cart without both legs. The last thing he said to her was: “Sweetie, now I am not able to bring you food.” _x000D_ He was taken to the hospital. It was on this day that the hospital was bombed. Sasha never saw her father. Many doctors and medical workers were also killed. The head of the hospital started looking for people who have at least some medical education. Sasha had 2 years of medical school behind him. So Sasha joined the Red Army. _x000D_ It was July 1943, the village of Prokhorovka was the very village that went down in history with the famous tank battle on the Kursk Bulge. _x000D_ From the stories of Alexandra Stepanovna: A huge field of ripening rye was growing like a golden sea with no shores. And on this field appeared tanks, a huge number of tanks. The nice summer glitter of morning sun rays turned to a sea of fire. There was nothing to breathe. A drunken fascist with a naked torso and a rifle in his hands, shooting right and left indiscriminately. Shouts of "Sister!" were heard from everywhere. And Sasha hurried to these screams, dragged the wounded on herself, provided first aid. She did not have time to be scared, it was hard work and desire to help those in pain and take revenge for the death of the father. _x000D_ Alexandra went through the whole war with a line from a song as a motto: “I want an instant death, and if I am wounded let it be small… ”_x000D_ And truly, there was only a single wound at the end of the war in Austria in 1945, on the border with Germany. Until 1945, Alexandra, as part of the 136th Artillery Brigade, went through Ukraine, Bessarabia, Romania, Yugoslavia, and Austria. _x000D_ In 1944, near Budapest, the Brigade was pressed by the Germans to the banks of the Danube. There was a catastrophic lack of resources, there were many lethalities. It was a matter of honor to save the Brigade banner. They built a raft. The banner was wrapped around Sasha. She did not know how to swim, they put an inflated tire on top as a circle. She was sent to the other side, accompanied by two soldiers. While they were crossing, a German aircraft began bombing. Sasha knew that she could not drown, because she must save the banner by all means. She lay down on the raft, grabbed hold of it with her hands. When exhausted, she went ashore, there was only one soldier with her. The second was wounded and carried away by the current. On the shore, they were met by our tank division, which drove the Germans 10 kilometers away. The banner was saved. _x000D_ Alexandra was about to reach Berlin. But she was wounded on April 16, 1945 on the border of Austria and Germany. She ran to the aid of a wounded soldier. The shell hit him directly. In front of her, it tore apart, and one of the fragments hit her right cheek. Sasha was concussed. Wounded, she was admitted to the hospital. When she began to recover, she was doing some work for the wounded. _x000D_ A colonel with severe burns lay in one of the chambers. 3 weeks before the Victory, a burning German aircraft fell on his car passing over the bridge. Miraculously, he managed to escape. He got out of the car and, covering his eyes with his hands, walked straight through the fire. He survived, but was very badly burned. Especially the hands. They even wanted to amputate them, if not for Sasha. She became very attached to this Colonel. Through a German woman who worked as a nurse, she learned that there was an Austrian professor in the city who specialized in treating burns. Sasha found a captain who spoke German and went with him to persuade the professor to help. He said that he could help, but did not know how to get to the hospital. Then Sasha and the Captain dressed the professor in Soviet uniforms and brought them to the Colonel. The treatment prescribed by him saved his hands, on which he promised to carry his Sasha all his life. _x000D_ He wrote a letter to her mother asking for her hand. Mom blessed them, despite the 15-year age difference. So they lived together all their life. They celebrated Victory Day in 1945 in the hospital. Everyone was crying with happiness. And then for many years they did not like the sound of fireworks. It reminded them a sound of the war.

War is a scary subject. At all times, it never ceased to bring harsh memories to people. How many lives were taken away... _x000D_ My great-grandmother, Piragova Klavdia Ivanovna, was born in 1923, March 30, in the Rostov Region, Belokalitvinsky District, on the Dubovoy farm. She graduated from school in 1939 in the city of Derbent and entered the Pedagogical Institute in the city of Ordzhonikidze. But the youth and studentship of the great-grandmother coincided with hard years. In November 1941 all the students of the institute were sent to Mozdok. There they dug trenches, anti-explosives, and bunkers. By the beginning of spring 1942, the students were returned to classes at the institute, but soon they were recalled to a military training unit in Makhachkala. There they studied documents, regulations, radiation and telegraph communications, they were taught to learn about air communications. At the end of the courses, they were assigned to the Khunzakh fortress (in Dagestan), to the third company of the 23 Separate Battalion of VNOS (aerial surveillance of lighting and communications). Their mission was to observe objects on the ground and in the air. _x000D_ After liberation of the Caucasus, she was sent to Poltava, to the 42 Battalion of the Airfield Service, where they refueled aircraft and provided the crew with equipment. _x000D_ Here she celebrated Victory Day and received the rank of Sergeant. Subsequently, she was awarded the medal "For Defense of the Caucasus", the Order of War, 2nd degree._x000D_ After the war, she continued her studies at the institute in Ordzhonikidze, finished it and worked as a teacher of Literature and the Russian language all her life. She is currently alive and lives in the city of Kislovodsk. She has two children: daughter, Piragova Tatyana Dmitrievna (62 years old), she lives in Kislovodsk and works as a doctor, and son, Piragov Yuri Dmitrievich (65 years old), he lives in the city of Mikhailovsk, works as a programmer, has four grandchildren: Aleksey, Tatyana , Anna, Alexey. She also has two great-grandchildren.

Branch of the service: Ground Forces._x000D_ Nina Fedorovna Yadykina was born on September 23, 1916 in the village of Ievlevo, Bogoroditsky District, Tula Region. She became an orphan early, at the age of about 5. In February 1932, Nina entered the Serpukhov School of factory apprenticeship (Fabzaucha) at the state Serpukhov cotton and paper trust, specializing in spinning. There she met her future husband Leonid Alekseevich Panteleev. In January 1934, they completed their studies, and Nina received the qualification of a 9th grade bank broker. And on November 17, 1935, Nina married Leonid and takes the name of her husband Panteleev. _x000D_ On January 21, 1937, their daughter Galina was born. But the father did not take part in raising his daughter for long, since in August 1938 he was drafted into the army. In June 1941, the war broke out. And in October 1941, the Serpukhov spinning and weaving factory "Krasny Tekstilshchik", where Nina worked, was stopped. Nina lived with her young daughter and her husband's parents. There were starving._x000D_ An Air Regiment was based not far from Serpukhov. In 1942, Nina went to work as a dishwasher in the regimental catering unit. Every day she walked several miles home from work to see her family and bring food for her daughter and family members. _x000D_ Over time, the catering department, along with the regiment, moved further and further from her native places and Nina walked ever greater distances from home to work. Soon she began to come home every other day, then after 3 days, a week, and soon she could no longer see her daughter, letters and parcels came home only occasionally. _x000D_ Nina spent the whole war as a food worker at military unit 45068. She was a dishwasher, a cook, and a waitress. Her combat path ended on March 22, 1946 in Poland. For military merits Panteleeva Nina Fedorovna was awarded: the medal "For Victory over Germany", the Order of the "Patriotic War" II degree. _x000D_ After a long war, the family was reunited in 1947 in the Far East, where her husband Leonid served in the Navy. On duty, they had to work in North Korea. Abroad in 1948, they had another daughter, Elena. A few months later, the family returned to Russia. Panteleeva Nina Fedorovna was awarded the following jubilee medals: "40 years of victory in the Great Patriotic War", "50 years of victory in the Great Patriotic War", "70 years of the Armed Forces of the USSR", Zhukov's medal. Branch of troops: Military Medical Personnel. Subdivision: 8th Guards Rifle Rezhitskaya Order of Lenin Red Banner Order of Suvorov I. V. Panfilov Division. Valentina Ivanovna Panfilova, the eldest daughter of General Ivan Vasilyevich, was a front-line medic._x000D_ “I went to the front with my father,” said Valentina Ivanovna. - He did not resist for long. Mom did not, as well. I was already 18! There was only one agreement to follow: not to show any family connection. I didn’t show. Thanks to this, I learned a lot about my dad from a side._x000D_ I served in the Medical Battalion, and the wounded, without hesitation, discussed their Division Commander, at my presence. He was appreciated and called «Pop”. On November 16, 1941, the Germans launched a second general offensive against Moscow. And on the morning of November 17, medical officers were providing assistance to the wounded soldiers of the mortar troops. The path ran through the Division command post. Taking the opportunity, in a hurry, I went to see my father. _x000D_ Oh, he was so happy to see me! Asking about the letters from home, the general immediately began to praise the soldiers of his Division: “Imagine: fifty steel monsters go to the trenches, and a handful of our brave men enter into single combat with them. And they win! ” There was so much sparkle in my father's eyes. I could hardly assumed that this was our last meeting. By the morning of the next day, the number of wounded increased by the hour. Combat injuries, blood, groans echoed from all sides of the dressing station. I had to work tirelessly. During the next dressing, calming the seriously wounded soldier who was sobbing loudly, I suddenly learned about the death of my father. But the soldier was crying not from battle wounds, but from the fact that Pop was killed! They buried my father in Moscow. I was the only one of our large family at the funeral. _x000D_ After I immediately returned to my unit to fight until Victory. And on December 6, at dawn, a deafening cannonade began. At times, it seemed that the whole earth was turned inside out. We jumped out into the street and the first thing we saw was a large batch of our fierce bombers, accompanied by “hawks,” flying towards the enemy positions. Equipment is pulling up along the roads, troops are marching. Why, this is an offensive! The heart beats with joy. We rip off our hats and throw them up: “Hurray! We are advancing! " _x000D_ On that memorable day, the Kryukovo station passed from hand to hand several times, the enemy fiercely resisted. We have many wounded, but no one wanted to be evacuated. During the bombardment, I was wounded by small fragments in the face and my head. But after putting on a bandage, I continue to work. Finally a breakthrough! And our units rushed forward, liberating the Moscow Region, Tula, Ryazan regions. Disfigured fascist equipment is lying on the side of the road, corpses in mouse-gray greatcoats lie. A column of Nazi prisoners is moving towards us. They whine dejectedly, distorting Russian words: "We are leaving... General Panfilov ... Your Division is wild …". Even after his death, the father was terrible to the Nazis!

30.06.1923 - 28.06.1997_x000D_ Unfortunately, I learned the story of my great-grandmother not from her personally, but from my grandmother._x000D_ Before the war, she worked at the Progress Factory and had a "reservation" from being drafted into the army, but at that time, almost from every family someone went to the front, and my great-grandmother did not want to be an exception. With her friends (Tasya Luzikova and Lena Baiduganova), she went to the Kemerovo Military Commissariat and they asked to be sent to the front. They were sent to the Podolsk Women's Sniper School. They took the oath on May 1, 1944, and Raisa continued her service as a Specialist in the 322nd Rifle Regiment. During her service, she was promoted to the rank of Sergeant Major. During the period of military operations, she personally destroyed 8 German soldiers, this was recorded in her personal book of a sniper-fighter of the Nazis._x000D_ My great-grandmother said very little about her service. But even at the front, a girl was still a girl. Although it was impossible to keep any diaries containing information of a military nature, she kept a Songbook that has been preserved in our family to this day. And according to some records, one can navigate in which places the great-grandmother was at one time or another (For example: "February 22, 1945 in the city of Paranga", "April 5, 1945 M. Rossitten")._x000D_ We learn about the end of the war from its last entry: "We are in the field, on the way to Lubava, but being about 20 kilometers away, we learned about the victory, as we were all happy, because this fight belonged to us, the last and decisive. The soldiers are delighted, everyone is having fun, everywhere you can hear songs, laughter, firing from all kinds of guns, in the evening a movie... Yes, what a joy for us. Here are the girls coming to me. Now memories will begin. This is the end of my writing."_x000D_ She was awarded the Medal For Bravery by order of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 5, 1945. She was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd degree by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 11, 1985. She was awarded the Zhukov medal by order of the President of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1996,._x000D_ We still keep her army documents and photos in our house, which we review every May 9, remembering our great-grandmother.

Full name: Pankratova Maria Georgievna _x000D_ PATRONYMIC: Georgievna _x000D_ Сity: - _x000D_ Date of BIRTH: - _x000D_ DATE of DEATH: - _x000D_ _x000D_ HISTORY: Maria Georgievna, nee Andrianova, was born in 1924 in the village of Slashchevskaya on the banks of the Volga. She remembers her childhood well. It was not well-fed and well-to-do, they had to work hard even when the war was not yet knocking on their doors, but Maria Georgievna never said that it was unhappy. When she was only 10, she was already doing half the work around the house, and even water could pull full buckets of a huge barrel. She also sang... She was always singing. Sings now, at 91 years old. The front line was not far from Slashchevskaya stanitsa. When the war started, everyone was working. High school students dug trenches, built defensive structures very close to the front line. Maria Georgievna says that when she and her classmates had to go to nursing courses, they not only learned how to dress the wounded and carry them out of the battlefield. They had to be able to assemble and disassemble a rifle, reload a machine gun, and dig a trench and throw a grenade. As early as November 1941. she received a summons to the military enlistment office, but almost immediately it was followed by a call to the Komsomol district Committee. In a neighboring village, located seventeen kilometers from Slashchevka, a math teacher, an adult man, was called to the front, and it was decided to send her to work there as a good student. "At first I was confused and offended that I seemed to be an evader, but the woman who recommended me for this position scolded me and said that it was no easier here than at the front, that teachers at school were needed no less than nurses at the front. And then I realized it was true." The school was located in seventeen kilometers from Sladewski. There was no transport, it was a cold winter in the middle zone. And our seventeen-year-old Maria Georgievna in light galoshes until the end of this winter walked to her work, taught math to children who were only two or three years younger than her. Then she was sent to the Institute for one year, so that she could take at least the basics of teaching methods. "I'm not so much hungry as frozen this winter. They lived in a Dorm where ice as thick as a fist grew on the window. It was draughty from all the cracks, and the girls and I went to bed in pairs to sleep at night, so that one mattress could be put on top of fur coats and blankets, and to keep each other warm. Bread was given out for five hundred grams a day, there was no other food, they drank tea without sugar, and when it was just boiling water." A year later, Maria Georgievna returned to school, to work, continuing to study in absentia. In 1945, she and her husband, Pyotr Nefedovich Pankratov, met as a married couple. He was a school principal. After the war, life was not in a rut for a long time, there were schools in dugouts, and a lack of basic clothing and food. But they did their job honestly, kept a small household, and raised two wonderful children, Olimpiada Petrovna, who became an excellent math teacher, and Alexander Petrovich, who was a very talented dentist.

Full name: Polyanskaya Polina Andreevna SURNAME: Polyanskaya FIRST name: Polina PATRONYMIC: Andreyevna CITY: s. Syarda Penza region DATE of BIRTH: 28.08.1922 DATE of DEATH: 19.04.2015 HISTORY: This is my mother. WWII veteran. Labor veteran. Here are her memoirs, written by her personally on 26.02.2015 at the request of colleagues for the 70th anniversary of the Victory (two months before her departure). Hard road to Victory. I was 18 when the war started. I worked at the Saratov aviation plant as a controller of the technical control Department. The factory produced the legendary yak1 and YAK3 fighters. My mother and my sister also worked at the factory. The fascists were rushing to the Volga. The red Army held the front, but Saratov became a front-line city. These are hard times. Famine and night bombing were constant companions of those years. The front needed more and more planes. The plant worked around the clock. During the most difficult time for the country, the work shift lasted 24 hours. People didn't leave the factory for days. For violation of labor discipline, a military Tribunal was threatened. The Nazis bombed the factory every night with German pedantry. It was forbidden to leave the workplace, the plant had to work under any conditions. During air raids, all Windows and doors of workshops were closed, and blackout was introduced. The atmosphere in the closed shop was suffocating because of gas welding, technical oils, kerosene vapors, gasoline, solvents, sandblasts. Mothers wept as they worked at their looms, worried about the children left at home. But no one left their jobs. Bombs repeatedly fell in the running of the shop, killing and maiming people, destroying equipment. In the morning, after such bombings, the dead were taken out by trucks. It was a very painful sight. My job was to control the frame of the plane. This was a responsible operation, on which the reliability of the aircraft depended to a large extent. The frame consisted of numerous metal tubes welded together. No defects were allowed: dents, chips, scratches, deformations, etc. Welding should be ideal. I went through everything carefully, probing with my fingers, checking the diagrams. If there was no marriage, I put my brand on the frame, got a technical passport for the plane. In the case of marriage, the disadvantages were eliminated. During my work at the factory, not a single comment was made in my address. During the long night shifts, I couldn't help feeling sleepy. But I and in thoughts was not allowed to leave the workplace. The constant companion of those years was hunger. On non-working days, my mother and I went at night on freight trains across the Volga to Moscow. Engels worked part-time at a meat processing plant. A single set of workers was made at five o'clock in the morning. They worked in the slaughterhouse up to their ankles in blood. We were paid for our work with low-grade meat trimmings – raw stomachs of cattle. And for us it was a great joy and salvation. The Nazis purposefully bombed strategic objects of the city. The railway bridge over the Volga, which was connected to the left Bank of the Volga and the East of the country, and which we used to travel to Engels. But the Germans did not manage to get into it. Until the end of the war, the bridge served the cause of victory, with trains carrying weapons, people, and food. The Nazis managed to bomb the Kretinga oil refinery. Its oil storage facilities continued to burn for several years after the war. In these difficult conditions, I continued to study at night school. My dear husband Polyansky Vasily Andreevich-senior investigator for particularly important cases of the regional Prosecutor's office-survived the war as a teenager. In the absence of the male population, all the difficulties of rear life fell on his shoulders. The hard time of the war undermined his health. Later, he passed away early, and I raised two children alone. There was no family that was not affected by the war. In a fierce battle on the Kursk-Oryol arc, my sister's husband Stepan Kichatov died heroically. He was a political officer, a wonderful kind person, the soul of the team. Repeatedly wounded, shell-shocked, commissioned, he again and again voluntarily went to the front, until he died in battle. The place of his burial is still unknown. My sister was left with two young sons, whom she raised alone. Due to malnutrition and avitominosis, her youngest son could not stand up for a long time, and his cheeks were covered with a thick crust of diathesis. There were no medications. Folk wisdom helped: they steamed onions in a cast-iron stove in a Russian oven, lowered the child's legs into a warm mass and smeared their cheeks with it. Our relative, a resident of the village of Nechayevka in the Penza region, Vladimir Gerasimov, was awarded the order of Glory of all three degrees for his courage and heroism on the war fronts, which is equivalent to the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. His name is immortalized on the stele of Heroes on the embankment of the Sura river in Penza. In November 1944, when the war was coming to an end, the country began to prepare for a peaceful life. The Komsomol Committee of the factory and the party bodies sent me to study at the Saratov law school. After finishing school, I was sent to the Prosecutor's office of the Penza region. At the same time, she entered the Saratov law Institute. This is how my life in law began. I worked as a Prosecutor in the Penza region Prosecutor's office for 33 years before retiring in 1978. He was a senior assistant Prosecutor, chief of civil litigation Deputy city attorney. Since 1952, a member of the CPSU. Have 10 government awards: medal "For valiant labor in the great Patriotic war", medal "Veteran of labor", medal "For valiant labor in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Lenin", Medal Rudenko, in honor of the 70th anniversary Newbergso process, the medal "290 years of the Russian Prosecutor's office", 4 commemorative medals in honor of Victory in great Patriotic war, medal "50 years Soviet prosecution". I have two children, a grandson and a great-granddaughter. In the cruel ordeal of the war, our people showed the highest morale, great dedication, willpower, and humanism. The key to this was the great unity of the entire people in the face of danger. No amount of hardships broke us. We believed in victory and won!
