"The photo depicts artists Nikolay Nikolaevich Zhukov (head of the studio) and Viktor Semenovich Klimashin (on the left wearing a cap) from the Military Artists' Studio named after M.B. Grekov. They were present at one of the fronts by assignment of the studio. The photo was transferred to the funds of Yelets City Local History Museum from the family archive of the Zhukovs and is stored in the N.N. Zhukov House-Museum (a department of MBUK 'YeGKM')."
