Born on September 21, 1923 in the Rostov Region, Chertkovsky District, village of Petrovka (mother Natalia, father Maxim). In June 1941, he graduated from school. He lived on Redkin's farm in the Chkalovsky (now Orenburg) Region. When the war began, he was still 17, but he asked to volunteer for the front, saying that he was already 18 years old. He was in the intelligence service. Once upon a time near Makeyevka (Ukraine) they were surrounded. Awards and documents (Order of the Red Banner (or Star), Komsomol membership ID, ID of a Candidate of a party member they had to bury in the forest. But fortunately, they escaped from the encirclement and got to their own. Later, he was sent to study at the tank school at accelerated courses of mechanics and drivers. And the rest of the years he fought in the tank forces. He graduated as a tank mechanic with the rank of Guards Sergeant. He fought in the 8th Guards Molodechno Red Banner Mechanized Regiment. He distinguished himself in the battles for the capture of the city of Molodechno (Belarus) and the city of Shauliai (Lithuania). Had one wound in the lung. He finished the war in Konigsberg. After the victory over the Nazis, he participated in the Soviet-Japanese war. He was demobilized in 1946. He was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree, Patriotic War 2nd degree, Medals For the Victory over Japan, etc. He died on March 20, 2006.
