Return of Russian prisoners of war. Russia. Moscow Oblast. A Russian serviceman released from captivity following negotiations with the authorities of Ukraine. A total of 106 Russian servicemen were returned. All those released will receive medical treatment and rehabilitation at Ministry of Defense medical facilities
