Born in Almametyevo village, Morki district, Mari Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Distinguished himself during the liberation of Kursk region. On 29 August 1943, during the battle for the village of Prikhodkovo, Khasanov replaced the outgoing company commander and raised the unit to attack. On September 12, 1943 during the battle for the village of Nekhaevka, Rylsky district, Khasanov was seriously wounded, captured and executed. He was buried in Nehaevka.
