Born on January 28, 1920, in Kamyshevakha stanitsa, Popasnyansky district, Donetsk region, into a working-class family. He participated in the Great Patriotic War and Soviet-Japanese War. In July 1941, he was admitted to the CPSU by the primary party organization of the 1st aviation squadron of the 98th Long-Range Aviation Regiment. Awarded with the orders “For Service in the Fatherland War” first class, “For Service in the Fatherland War” second class, “Red Star”, and medals “For Defence of Moscow,” “For Victory over Germany,” and “For Capture of Berlin.” From 1975 to 1981, he worked at the institute as head of special department. #NIRHTU
