My grandfather Fyodor Kononovich Smirnov, Junior Sergeant, radio operator 877 of the special 282nd Tartu Infantry Division. He was born on 02.01.1913 in the village of Kulyaba, Kainsky district, Verkh-Tarskaya volost, Tomsk province (now Novosibirsk region, Kyshtovsky district). He died on January 30, 1993 in Kyrgyzstan. He was a participant in the Finnish campaign and the Great Patriotic War.
