The faces of WWII Heroes

Denisenko Ilya Nikitovich_x000D_ _x000D_ Ilya Nikitovich Denisenko was born in 1900 in a family with four other brothers. When the First world war began, his brothers went to the front. Two of them died, and two returned to their native Siberian village and died some time later. Ilya Nikitovich, the youngest of all the brothers, was almost mobilized in February 1919. But fate decreed otherwise. He, along with recruits led by Danil Opanovich, a resident of a neighboring village, met the Kolchak soldiers in battle. Word of the partisans quickly spread through the villages. The squad grew rapidly. By spring, it had already numbered 200 people's Avengers. A year later, they joined forces with shchetinkin's partisan detachment, which operated near Krasnoyarsk. Ilya Denisenko met the end of the war in Vladivostok. Ilya N. has not joined the Komsomol. During the partisan struggle, the defeat of Kolchak, the expulsion of the Japanese interventionists, there was no time to think about it, and then the age was not the same. But he was in the ranks of the Bolsheviks from the age of eighteen. In 1938, Ilya Nikitovich graduated from a military school, then was demobilized, and then returned to his native village. After the creation of the collective farm, he was elected Chairman. On August 16, 1941, he went to the front. He was a platoon commander. First he commanded a platoon of bombers, and then a group of flamethrowers. Ilya Nikitovich took part in the battles on the Leningrad front for the liberation of the cities of Pskov, Luga and Tikhvin, for which he was awarded three medals: "For the defense of Leningrad", "for military merit","for bravery". He was wounded twice. Due to a severe concussion that he received during the liberation of Pskov in January 1944, he went home. For eight years he worked as the head of a dairy farm in the village of Pchelniki. For this work, he was awarded the order of the Badge of honor. When Ilya Nikitovich was 68 years old, he headed the Central farm of the Pobeda collective farm. Ilya Nikitovich had to go through a lot during his difficult life, but he never gave up. He performed his civic duty with dignity, for which he deserves honor and respect.

Dubrovin Nikolay Pavlovich_x000D_ _x000D_ After the call, my grandfather was sent to Maykop. From the words of my great-grandfather and his family, we know very little, because he did not like to talk about those terrible days, so we do not know much. But we know for sure that our great-grandfather is a real hero.We are proud of him and want to pass on his memory to posterity! I remember my great-grandfather, and I am painfully pleased to know that we had such a wonderful great-grandfather, that he managed to preserve human qualities in himself, even though his fate was harsh. He reached Berlin, was in Prague (awarded the medal for the liberation of Prague), in Warsaw and many other cities! It was a hard time, according to his grandmother(his daughter Dubrovina Tatiana Nikolaevna) had my grandfather, then, to put it mildly, not easy In those days, because he was the hungry one and everything was in short supply, in order to survive and satisfy the hunger, the soldiers even had to cook their own belts (they were out of pork skin). My great-grandfather was awarded many medals, and our grandmother keeps them. Most of the information I found only about one medal "for military merit" 31.08.1946 .Feat: "during his time in the battalion as a submachine gunner during the Patriotic war as an ordinary Rifleman and commander of the rifle Department, comrade Dubrovin proved to be a brave and disciplined Junior commander. In the battles for the expansion of the bridgehead on the West Bank of the Vistula river, during the breakthrough of the enemy's defenses in January 1945, for the capture of the cities of Dresden, Kielce, Strehlen, comrade Dubrovin repeatedly participated in attacks as part of a tank landing where he showed courage and bravery. As a commander of the rifle squad, he raised his soldiers in the spirit of loyalty to the Motherland and hatred of the enemy. During the period of peace after the war, comrade Dubrovin is also an example in the combat training of personnel. Personally disciplined, respected and respected among the staff" we remember our Nikolai Pavlovich and are very grateful to him for all that he has experienced and done for us, for our future! He devoted his entire life to his Homeland and family. We love it, remember it, and are good for it.

In 1938, having received the specialty of a geologist technician, he was sent to work at BAM, where he was engaged in geological exploration and the Foundation of the future BAM highway. He was on expeditions in the Ussuri taiga, lake Baikal, the Amur, Irtysh, and Lena rivers, in the years Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, permafrost areas in Skovorodino. On-the-job graduated from the technical school of food industry and the Institute of improvement of ITR, became an honored inventor. After the death of his wife in 1979, he did not marry and almost daily visited her grave. He managed the household himself, and his apartment was always clean and tidy. He never asked for anything from the State, and was happy with what he had, always treated others with love, tried to reconcile those who quarreled, and people rallied around him. For the last 3 years, it became difficult for him to walk: he stopped going out and could barely move around the apartment. Even if I was feeling unwell, I didn't call the doctors, thinking that they should treat those who are younger. Every day of his life was an example of courage and human dignity. Semyon Grigoryevich passed away on the morning of August 19, 2016, 11 days before his 97th birthday. He went quickly, quietly, as he had lived, without burdening anyone, sinking into a chair as if he had fallen asleep. Your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather will always remember you!!!

Dzhanchatov Mos Mahmudovich_x000D_ _x000D_ Dzhanchatov Mos Mahmudovich was born in the village of Khakurinokhable on April 16, 1020. The date of his birth, as he recalled, came out later (district registry office began operations only in 1923) from granary books our neighbor Aslanbeka of Simatovic Kakurinov, record dates of birth and death of village inhabitants. Like his peers, Mos graduated from the seven-year school, FZU, worked as a wood Turner at the Maykop timber-processing plant, as a typesetter at the Adygnatsizdat printing house. After returning to a single mother, he got a job as a controller of the savings Bank, was an inspector of the Central Bank, Secretary of the court session. He was called up for service in the Army in October 1940. His path ran from his native village to Kuibyshevka-Vostochnaya (now Belogorsk, Amur region). From there, he was sent deep into the taiga for harvesting business wood and for firing raw bricks. And then the war broke out. MoE and his countrymen, Carlby Chewchew, Rajib meretukov, Pak Apahov, Gerakan Urakov, Nalby Threads Canceri Chetaev and others learned about it from his Commissioner Chernyshova: "Today, June 22 at 4 am, violating the non-aggression agreement..." They began to file mass reports about sending to the front. But it was almost a year before Mos got to the front line. He received his baptism of fire on may 5, 1942 near the village of Krasnoe in the Oryol region. During the bloody battles, his 74th rifle division was destined to become legendary. In December 1942, it took up defensive positions near the town of Livny. And at the end of January 1943, the breakthrough of the enemy's defense began. The fighting spirit and faith in the victory of the soldiers and officers made it possible to advance 400 kilometers and move to the Orel area. With heavy losses in manpower, the Oryol region was also liberated. This battle gave a new impetus to offensive actions and restore the morale of the soldiers. In mid-July 1943, the grandiose offensive on the Kursk bulge began. Mosa's mortar crew cut through enemy positions without respite. "All the mortar men in my squad," Mos said, " were presented with orders and medals, and I received the order of the red Star. As a result of the counteroffensive, the 74th rifle division, together with other units, liberated the city of zmiyevka. As it turned out, the enemies managed to level the railway station of the same name with the ground. The battle of Oryol-Kursk, in which the Mos took part, was the largest in its significance after the battle of Stalingrad. In this nightmarish hell, he could not yet imagine that this was the beginning of his victorious soldier's path, which would lead to the small Austrian town of Bruck. The legendary 74th rifle division reached the banks of the Desna river and liberated Chernihiv. The division received an order from the Supreme commander-in-Chief to liberate Kiev on November 6 and hold a solemn meeting on November 7 in honor of the 26th anniversary of the Great October. The order was executed. In December 1943, the city of Bila Tserkva was also liberated by storm. For participation in the Korsun-Shevchenko operation, Mos was awarded the order of the Patriotic war II degree. And at the end of March 1944, the soldiers of the 74th rifle division reached the state border of Romania, liberated Yugoslavia, Hungary and Austria. Here Mos saw the hopeless confusion of the Germans, here the last defending Hitlerite dropped the machine gun and raised his hands. "It was a victory," Mos said – " that I and my comrades-in-arms went to for 1,100 days and nights. By orders of the Supreme commander-in-Chief Stalin, thanks were given to Mosu for the liberation of the cities of Bila Tserkva and Belgrade, the breakthrough of the defense, and the successful crossing of the Prut river. He was wounded three times, concussed. Many of those around mos knew that, risking his life, he deliberately went into the thick of it, not on command, but at the behest of a soldier's duty. This soldier's duty "extended" his term of service as part of the contingent of Soviet troops in Romania until mid-1946. The harsh years of the war reminded Moscow of itself once again, when the order of the Patriotic war of the first degree was awarded to him in honor of the 49th anniversary of the great Victory.

Alexander Artemyevich Dmitruk_x000D_ My grandfather, Alexander artemyevich Dmitryuk was born on December 27, 1927 in the village of Nikolaevka in the miyakinsky district of the Bashkir ASSR, in a poor peasant family. His father, Artemy Ivanovich Dmitryuk, went to the front as a volunteer (in 1941) and died in the spring of 42 in the battles of the Rzhev-Vyazma operation. My grandfather, then in the 41st, was only 14 years old, he remained the oldest child in the family, because in the same year, his older sister (Maria artemyevna Dmitryuk) died of a heart attack, at that time she was 16 years old. For my great-grandmother, it was a double blow. To take my husband to the front and survive my child - a grief that I had no one to share, which I had to somehow survive, because there were still four children left, the youngest was 3 years old. And then, still young Sasha remained the only support and support for his mother. On his strong but still boyish shoulders lay all the men's work. During these difficult years for everyone, he worked on a collective farm along with adults and was a foreman of a field team, helped at home, looked after his younger brother and two little sisters. But in 1944, when my grandfather was only 17 years old, and 18 was supposed to be in December of the same year, my mother saw off the second man from her family to the front. They sent him first to the rifle troops, to the mountain rifle division of the red army, then served in the signal forces, so in 1945 he reached Berlin and there, met Victory! He remained in Berlin and served in the gsvg (group of Soviet troops in Germany) from 1945 to 1956. In 1956, he retired to the reserve and returned To his homeland, to the USSR, home to his relatives. In our family, there is only one funeral from the front, for our great-grandfather, whom we cherish, and we will always remember this man who gave his life for a bright sky above his head! I reprinted information about his biography from the documents found at the moment, where my grandfather worked. (I posted a photo of the document in the photo album). On August 28, 1994, the former personal pensioner of the Russian Federation, a veteran of the great Patriotic war and labor, Alexander artemyevich Dmitryuk, died suddenly at the age of 67. Dmitryuk was born on December 27, 1927 in the village of Nikolaevka, miyakinsky district, in a poor peasant family. He began his career after graduating from the Petropavlovsk seven-year school in 1942 as a foreman of a field team. In 1944-1956, he served in the Soviet army and participated in the great Patriotic war.In 1956-1962, he worked as a foreman of the complex brigade, then after completing the course-as an accountant of the collective farm "50 years of October". In 1962, in the direction of the Bureau of the miyakinsky RK of the CPSU, he was elected Secretary of the party Bureau, and in 1963-Chairman of the collective farm "New world", where he worked until 1976.In 1976, he was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Nikolaev village Council and worked in this position until retirement due to age in 1988. For labor and military merits, A. A. Dmitryuk was awarded the order of the red banner of Labor, the Badge of Honor and seven medals. He was repeatedly elected a member of the district Committee of the CPSU, a Deputy of the district and village Councils. It is with a sense of deep sorrow that we say goodbye to dear A. A. Dmytryuk and keep the bright memory of a wonderful leader, a kind, sympathetic person.

Denisov Ivan Ilyich_x000D_ _x000D_ At home with my great-grandmother Raisa Nazarkina, I found a book Of memory of the city of Velikiye Luki and the Velikiye Luki district, in which the 147th page was rolled up. When I opened it, I found this entry: "Denisov Ivan Ilyich, Jr. Sergeant, b. 1924, Velikoluksky district, Maryinsky district, Vedernikovo village, died in battle on January 24, 1945, zakhor. Kaliningrad region of the RSFSR, g. Polessk, area." My mother told me that this Ivan Ilyich was my great-grandmother's brother. My great-grandmother, unfortunately, doesn't remember much about my brother. By the beginning of the war, she was only 8 years old. And now she's old and doesn't remember much. I only remembered that in early 1970, she, along with her mother, sister and two brothers, went to the grave of her brother in the city of Polessk. In the family album, I managed to find two photos taken during that trip. We now know that Ivan Ilyich Denisov is buried in a mass grave. It turns out that this grave appeared as a result of serious fighting. 600 Soviet soldiers are buried in it. In the post-war period, the remains of soldiers were moved here from mass graves located in the vicinity of the city of Polessk. The name of my great-uncle Ivan Ilyich Denisov is also immortalized on the memorial plate of this monument. Even on the Internet, we found photocopies of reports about the irretrievable losses of the 319th Dvina rifle division of the red banner twice. Ivan Denisov served in this division. The document is now in the Central archive of the Ministry of defense. I learned from the report that Ivan Ilyich was called up for service at the age of 18 by the Velikiye Luki district military Commissariat on February 22, 1942. By the beginning of 1945, he had reached the rank of Junior Sergeant and joined the ranks of the CPSU (b). He was a rifle platoon of foot intelligence. From January 13 to April 25, 1945, the 319th Dvina rifle division took part in the East Prussian operation. During this operation, Soviet troops broke through the strong defenses of the German army group Center, reached the Baltic sea and eliminated the main enemy forces, occupying East Prussia and liberating the Northern part of Poland. It was in these bloody battles that 20-year-old Sergeant Ivan Denisov, my great-grandmother's brother, died. He just barely lived to Win…These days on the website of the Ministry of defense "Feat of the people" we found additional information about our hero. It turns out that in the first days of service, Ivan worked as a postman of the detachment. He was constantly delivering correspondence. But he certainly wanted to participate in battles. His presentation for the award says: "At the time of the fighting for the liberation of d. Red army soldier Denisov voluntarily joined a group of scouts, where he showed bravery and bravery. When capturing a prisoner, the red army soldier Denisov was the first to attack the Nazi, while disarming him. In the battles with the German invaders, the red army man was twice wounded. I request to be awarded the medal of military merit. This is not Ivan's last award. In 1944, he became a member of the VKPB. (p / b # 5578347). Denisov I. I. participated in the battles for the Hill, Velikiye Luki, in the nevelskaya opperation. In January 1945, Ivan Denisov was killed. He was posthumously presented to the order of the "Patriotic war I degree". The presentation says:" in the battle for the city of Alabiau - East Prussia 24.1.45 scout Denisov showed samples of courage and bravery to destroy the Hitlerite robbers. In one of the basements of the house sat the Germans. Comrade Denisov broke into the basement and shot 26 German occupiers. Only the 27th slew a glorious warrior." We are proud of our hero. Desyatova Nadezhda Ilyinichna Nadezhda Ilyinichna Desyatova lived in the village of Travnoye quietly and imperceptibly from the first post-war years. And few of the villagers knew that the woman was a participant in the war. And she, in her natural modesty, did not advertise this event. Moreover, she never applied to the district military Commissariat with a request to restore her veteran status. And why? – you may ask. Yes, somehow it happened that veterans who served on the far Eastern borders were almost always in the second order, without claiming the first.... Quietly ticking in the kitchen, the small clock on the table. The purring cat warms its sides on the stove, which has been heated since morning. I am talking slowly to the heroine of my story, who is unusually bright, with radiant eyes and wrinkles that have furrowed her face."Soldiers are not born," N. I. Desyatova tells me, " they become soldiers. It doesn't matter whether it was in wartime or in peacetime. I am by nature a romantic soldier, a traveler. Maybe it was my inner attraction to the unknown that led me to join the army. And the history of Nadia Trutko's service had a certain basis. – My father traveled all over the former Soviet Union in search of a better life. Moreover, the whole family with him dragged around the cities and villages. And she was not small, four children grew up. I was born in Blagoveshchensk, Khabarovsk territory, in 1923. The family then lived in one of the villages. Mom and dad worked different jobs, but they never joined the collective farm. Then there were the equally exotic regions where we lived afterwards. The last stop was the city of Stalinabad in Tajikistan. There father was white with fever and soon died. Orphaned at a young age the family without a breadwinner. I – the oldest of the sisters-at the end of the seven-year period, to help my mother raise the children on their feet, I entered an apprentice Turner at an automobile repair plant. The staff of the shop recommended me to a vocational school in exactly 1941. It was difficult to study during the war years, but the state helped: they gave out uniforms for free and fed them for free once a day in the canteen. We were trained seriously and thoroughly to work in military factories. Despite the difficult time, we remained bright, elated, with a dream of a good future, teenagers. In 1943, the first graduation of artisans took place and Nadia Trutko was sent to the Novosibirsk aluminum plant."A high – rise installer is a necessary profession," Nadezhda Ilinichna tells me. – It is primarily related to the height, the lack of fear of not being afraid of it. I was a bad girl. It must have been passed down my father's side. I loved it when it was difficult, when you were learning something you didn't know. After an internship at an aluminum plant – Krasnoyarsk. That's where we, graduates of craft, really had a hard time because of hunger. Bread cards of the 43rd year will never be forgotten. The soup is a thick soup. But there was a war. The most severe year. One of the girls suggested once in the Dorm: "And let's write a statement to the military enlistment office, let them send volunteers to the front!". What caused this impulse-it is now difficult to remember. Maybe due to the fact that the boys were saying that fed is better on the front, maybe for some other reason. But her idea was enthusiastically taken up by the other girls in the room. The next morning, a stack of applications lay on the Desk of the military Commissar. - And a few days later, the summons came, - continues his story N. I. Desyatova, - to appear at the Assembly point….Apparently, they pitied the young girls in the military enlistment office. They wanted to get to Stalingrad, Kursk, the Baltic States, but ... - I had a route to the far East. I'm going alone, without friends, in a warm car. "There's a canvas bag of breadcrumbs under my head," the woman recalls, "and in my head:" where I was born, I came in handy there, " and that's all there is to it. I'm going back to where I came from. She told me for a long time how she got to the place where the battalion was stationed, how they accepted a young soldier for food, how she stood at attention for her first combat duty. About how restless it was on the Russian-Japanese border, and enemy planes repeatedly violated the airspace... - - And how did they get to the TRANS-Urals? I ask the old lady."For love," she laughs. "We served together in the Stone Fisherman. They ran to dances at the garrison club when they were off duty. I was discharged on September 3, 1945. But he stayed. I came to my mother in Stalinabad, got a job as a Secretary-typist in the military enlistment office. And the letters from the Far East kept coming. In the latter, Nikolai Desyatov reported that he had returned home to the TRANS-Urals. "Where is it?" - mused the girl, who had a good boy with an Okan in her speech sunk into her heart. - He asked me to come to him, - the woman laughs. – Well, I, without hesitation, according to my father's habit, light on my feet, bought a ticket to Kurgan and gave a telegram from the station to meet him. But the platform is empty! I reached Mokrousova And walked to my destination. So in the forty sixth year in the Travninsky village Council there was an entry in the magazine of one more resident… And the telegram came much later than Nadia's arrival in the locality .A lot of water has flowed since then. Desyatov worked in a state farm office as an accountant, and was reputed to be a smart and polite person. On Victory day, he wore a formal suit with medals. Nadezhda Ilinichna also had "For the victory over Japan" and "for the victory over Germany". But she kept them modestly in a canvas rag in an old chest of drawers. - And then, when I was over 80 years old, - she tells me,-my son-in-law and I came to the district center one day. I offered it to him: "Come on, Kolya, let's go to the military enlistment office." After a request sent to Podolsk, it was reported that "... Trutko Nadezhda Ilyinichna served in the 37th separate battalion of the VNOS in the period from December 1, 1943 to September 26, 1945 in the military rank of "corporal", which was part of the active army."The veteran's ID card, bound in a brand-new red cover that smacks of gloss, is also carefully stored in an old chest of drawers, as are the medals."Life is running out," she says to me with a sigh, "and here you are, old woman, joining the ranks of veterans," and she laughed as if the sun had peeked through the window, " blinding the little kitchen with its light. And I realized that really, soldiers are not born…

Drozdova Vera Mikhailovna_x000D_ _x000D_ My mother Batalova (Drozdova) Vera Mikhailovna was born on June 22, 1922 in Nizhnyaya Kurya, Kirovsky district, Perm region. Ural girl, mischievous and strongly built, she played football in the boys ' team, in the attack and believe me, drove the ball, not worse than them, so that she always cut her hair bald and looked like a guy. My mother told me that she really wanted to become a ballerina, danced in a circle, pulled a leg and dreamed of a big stage, the audience and applause. In 1941, no one came to her birthday party. Everyone gathered at the military enlistment office to be the first to get to the front. In the same year, she was enrolled in special, at that time Bershet camps (Kungur). My mother was taught a lot there, after which she was a very good shot, was an excellent student and went to the front in 1942 as a machine gunner of the 20th anti-aircraft machine gun regiment. Their division was commanded by Konstantin Rokossovsky. At that time, a lot of Ural and Siberian girls were called to protect Moscow. My mother stood with a wooden, black-painted gun on the important buildings of the capital. These were the Kalibr factory, the Bolshoi theater, and many other important objects. Then long and bloody battles near Mozhaisk, koloch station, where for the first time she was wounded in the neck by counter fire from an enemy plane. On June 22, 1943, already somewhere near Smolensk, the girls from the regiment decided to celebrate the birthday of their friend Verochka. We exchanged alcohol for chocolate from the pilots, made tea and decided to decorate the table with flowers. The three of them went to the field. Mom stepped on a mine, the blast wave threw her, but her combat friends were killed. She survived, but lost one leg. Hospital, operation after operation, crutches... Yes, my mother did not become a ballerina, her old dream did not come true, but even in the harness of the prosthesis, she still gracefully whirled to the rhythm of the waltz. Never once did anyone guess that she was missing a leg, but when they found out, they applauded her, stood in line to dance with her and gave her flowers. My mother gave birth to and raised three sons and six grandchildren. Despite her disability, she worked for many more years. On June 22, my family no longer celebrated my mother's birthday. This day became a day of remembrance and mourning. The greatest and most important day in her life was Victory Day on may 9. It won't be long before there won't be a single one of those who fought, died, and survived this damned war. Eternal memory of the heroism of the soldier inscribed in the pages of the history of our great state.

Donin Dmitry Grigorievich Rank: Senior red Navy man. Military branch: the Soviet Navy and Naval forces of the NKVD border troops. My story will be about Donin's great-grandfather Dmitry Grigoryevich. My great-grandfather was born in 1920 in a peasant family in the village of Bolshye Prudishchi in the sasovsky district of the Ryazan region. After the end of the seven-year-old great-grandfather went to study at the Ryazan pedagogical school, which he graduated in 1939. He was a member of the Komsomol. In 1941, my great-grandfather was called up to serve in the Navy. He served in Leningrad on a warship as a 45 mm gunner. With the German advance on Leningrad, bombing raids intensified. In one of these air raids, the ship on which my great-grandfather served was hit and sank, but he escaped. Throughout the autumn and winter of 1941-42, my great-grandfather, as well as hundreds of sailors, were on duty along the Gulf of Finland, protecting the city of revolution from German troops. In the spring of 1942, Dmitry Grigoryevich was transferred to a group of skerry ships on an armored boat. On it, he fought for two years. In the fall of 1943, my great-grandfather was awarded the medal "for the defense of Leningrad". Before carrying out the special operation on the landing of the sea landing on 04.07.1944, my great-grandfather encouraged the sailors with a story about the landing of the Novorossiysk landing, thereby preparing them to bravely go into battle. During the operation, his armored boat was hit by enemy aircraft. The great-grandfather of the machine-gun installation courageously repelled the enemy attack, but the boat ran into a mine and was blown up. The great-grandfather was injured, his right leg was torn off above the knee and thrown overboard, but he did not drown, as he was wearing a life jacket. The sailors saved my great-grandfather and took him to the frontline hospital, later there was a hospital in Kirov. For this operation, my great-grandfather was awarded the order of the red Star. After the war, my great-grandfather came to his homeland, where he worked for 25 years as a teacher at an elementary school until it was closed. Later, he worked as the head of the club and was awarded the "Veteran of labor" medal. In 1983, my great-grandfather moved to live in the city of Yasnogorsk, Tula region. I'm proud of my great-grandfather. He went through the entire siege of Leningrad and contributed to the destruction of fascism.

Dubravnaya (Eremenko) Lyubov Filippovna Rank: Senior military Branch: NKVD and NKGB troops (except border guards). I want to tell you about a wonderful woman, my aunt. Lyubov Filippovna Eremenko (Dubravnaya) was born in Armavir, June 16, 1924. In 1941, she graduated from 10 classes of school No. 1 (now secondary school No. 7) A hard fate befell the girl. In 1937, my father died, and my mother left the family and moved to another city. Lyuba was brought up in the family of an older sister who had her own children. In 1942, the Nazis came to the city. Cold, hunger, devastation… The young patriot has not lost her sense of responsibility for the fate of her homeland, her people. After the liberation of Armavir from the Nazi invaders, in January 1943, the girl went voluntarily to the front. Lyuba was a natural lyric soprano, and knew many Russian and Ukrainian songs. Soon the girl was noticed and invited to the army ensemble at the 9th army. With the front-line concert brigade, she traveled along the front line. Her performances were very popular with the fighters. No wonder they called her "dove". Concerts were held day and night, and often the fighters immediately after the performance of the concert team, went into battle. The artists were repeatedly bombed and shelled. Once, Lyuba was seriously injured and spent more than 6 months in the hospital. As a result of severe contusion of the ball is lost to the ear. After discharge from the hospital, he served in the 1st women's special rifle regiment, which was formed in the city of Kimry and trained snipers, radio operators, and cooks for the front. During the half-month, the girl took an accelerated program of cooking courses at The main quartermaster Department of the red Army in Moscow. She graduated from the courses with excellent results, receiving the rank of petty officer. And here again, the 2nd Belorussian front, front line,..... rifle regiment. With large thermos flasks, under fire, this fragile young girl delivered food to the front line to the soldiers. With bloody battles, our army advanced into the lair of the fascist beast-Germany. A simple Russian girl named Luba, Lubasha, Lyubov was walking the hard paths of war!!! Victory met in the city of Liegnitz, and in October 1945 was demobilized. For her feat of arms, she was awarded orders and medals. Many residents of our city know Lyubov Filippovna well, who has worked in the healthcare system for more than 40 years. This is a sympathetic, honest, kind person, ready to come to the aid of people at any moment. For us will forever remain in the memory of those who crushed the enemy on the battlefield and forged the Victory. At the cost of incredible efforts, they protected our land and brought peace.

Dyryavy Ivan Filippovich Ivan Filippovich Dyryavy was born on September 24, 1924 in the village of Kirovsky in the Kirovsky district of Primorsky Krai. My grandmother told me about her father, my great-grandfather. She remembers very little about how he fought, and great-grandfather especially did not like to remember this terrible war of 1941-1945. I found my great-grandfather when he was alive, but I don't remember him very well, because I was only two years old. In the peaceful village of Kirovsky, he worked as a carpenter and knew his business very well. But suddenly the Great Patriotic war began, and he was called to train as a military signalman in the city of Vladivostok. Although the young signalmen did not take military action at the front, they also had a great responsibility-to provide communication to all reception points. After all, communication was necessary for transmitting information about the enemy's location, requesting help, and announcing a strategy plan. After completing their training, the young men were sent to China, to the city of Mudanjiang, where military operations with Japan were already underway. Young signalmen were sent to the artillery regiment. There they were provided with weapons and ammunition. They were to take part in the fighting to liberate the Chinese people from the Japanese militarists. Ivan told his grandmother about the difficult conditions they were in: they had to sleep on bunks that were covered with reeds cut down by them, and they ate and slept only during the calm. He also told his daughter about the heroic capture of the height: how he and his comrades met the fierce opposition of the Japanese. They called the air force, which did not arrive to help them. As a result, with the last forces, the Russian military went on the attack and took this height through sacrifice and pain. After the end of the war, Ivan Filippovich did not give up, but began to build houses for the residents of Primorsky Krai. My great-grandfather may have been a signalman, but he also fought in battles, just like everyone else. As a result, he was awarded a number of orders and medals, one of them "for the Victory over Japan" and the medal "for military merit". My family and I are proud of this man, he can always be set as an example.

Derevyanko Semyon Mikhailovich Rank: Red army soldier Type of troops: Armored and mechanized troops Division: 1 tank red banner division war Veteran retired Colonel. He was born into a poor peasant family. In 1912, Semyon's parents Mikhail Filippovich and Maria Minaevna moved from the village of Takhty in the Stavropol territory to the village of Irinovka in Kazakhstan, where they lived and worked all their lives, acquiring a second homeland. After finishing primary school in Irinovka, young Senya entered and attended high school in the district center of Urjar. In connection with the shortage of teachers, the education Department of the district appointed a 10-grader Seeds Derevyanko, like student learning, teacher, place middle school, and two years later head of the educational part of the irinovskaya school. At the same time, a young teacher Derevyanko Sm, along with adult farmers, worked in Irinovka in the collective farm "New life". In January 1941, an 18-year-old boy was drafted into the Red Army by the Urdzhar district military Commissariat of the Semipalatinsk region and enlisted as a red army soldier in the 49th tank brigade in the city of Stanislav in Ukraine. As a young, educated, grasping and agile red army tankman, Semyon Mikhailovich Derevyanko quickly mastered the Suvorov "science of winning", comprehended the formidable technique-the tank, its weapons, so as to hit the enemy without a miss, and in the simplicity of his soul helped his fellow comrades in mastering the tactical and technical data of the tank. Here, in this city, he was caught by the war with Nazi Germany, which turned and crossed out all his plans and dreams, changed the fate of a person. In August 1941, the command of the tank brigade sent a tankman Sm. Derevyanko, as an excellent student of combat training in the military officer school in Nizhny Novgorod (Gorky city), where for about a year he studied at the radio Telegraph Department. But, shortly before the end of the accelerated course of training, in 1942, cadet Derevyanko was seconded to the Kalinin front, where he fought as part of the 1st guards tank brigade under the command of the famous major General of the tank forces M. E. Katukov. Young red army tankman Semyon Derevyanko in 1942, while on the Kalinin front, learned a lot from the guards, especially in the battles near the city of Bely, where there were fierce battles with Hitler's troops. This combat experience was useful to him in further battles to beat the enemy in the guards, especially on the Kursk bulge. In 1941-1942, after the expulsion of the Nazis from the territory of the Kalinin and Moscow regions, in January-February 1943, the 1st tank army was formed, which included the 64th tank brigade, where Semyon Derevyanko served. - The tank army arrived at the Kursk bulge, - tankman Derevyanko recalls, - from the reserve of the Supreme high command headquarters from the North-West near Kursk, where it was located on the Psel river in the second echelon after the 6th guards army of General I. M. Chistyakov, as part of the Voronezh front. The 1st tank army was assigned a combat task by the higher command: to defeat the advancing German-fascist troops in the Belgorod direction. As expected, early in the morning on July 5, 1943, the enemy launched an offensive on the Kursk bulge according to the "Citadel" plan. Against the 6th guards army and the 1st tank army in our defense zone, the 48th tank corps under the command of the experienced and treacherous General Manstein led the offensive. "For ten days and nights, our 64th tank brigade, like the entire tank army," recalls S. M. Derevyanko, " fought fierce, persistent defensive battles with a powerful strong enemy. But I especially remember the tank battles in the area of the city of Yakovlevo in the Kursk (now Belgorod) region, where literally there were duels between our and German tanks at close range. Tanks were ablaze from shell bursts, and the ground was on fire. The sky was black, the clanking of tank tracks and the roar of shells made the tankmen deaf, but they, despising death, bravely fought for their Homeland, defending every inch of their land. — The complexity of tank battles was also in the fact, - adds the brave tankman Semyon Derevyanko, - that the Nazis used new tanks "Tigers" and "Panthers", which had powerful armor and weapons. For example, the Tiger tank had 80 mm armor, and 100 mm in the frontal part, and was armed with an 88 mm gun that could penetrate the armor of the main Soviet tanks. Our tank shells did not penetrate the armor of German tanks, so we had to shoot only sub-caliber shells, and they were extremely lacking, since our industry was just mastering the production of these shells. However, our tankers managed to get into the vulnerable places of German tanks, through the viewing slots and at close range to disable them. And only on July 16, our troops forced the enemy to go on the defensive in stubborn battles. After a short respite, a tankman from Kazakhstan of the 64th tank brigade of the 1st tank army, Semyon Derevyanko, bravely fought the enemy for almost the entire month of July, knocked out two German tanks, and completed his combat mission. For bravery, fortitude and skill in the battle of Yakovlev, the command of the 64th tank brigade awarded S. M. Derevyanko the military rank of senior Sergeant and awarded him the medal "for bravery". "This was my first and therefore my most expensive award," he said. A great and memorable event in the life of a front-line tankman S. M. Derevyanko was his meeting 30 years later with the citizens of the city of Yakovlevo, which he was liberating from the Nazis. This meeting of tankmen of the 64th tank brigade resulted in a big and joyful city holiday of citizens and their liberators, which had a great educational value for the younger generation. Semyon Mikhailovich was invited to this meeting by the former commander of the 64th tank brigade, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, retired Colonel I. N. Boyko, whose Derevyanko was the head of the radio station. There was no end to their joy. At this exciting, unforgettable meeting, he also met and talked for the first time in 30 years with his fellow soldier in the brigade I. T. Efremov, with whom they fought together on the Kursk bulge, and then, without parting, reached Berlin, experiencing the bitterness of defeats and the joy of victories. The battle of Kursk did not end with a battle biography for the tankman S. M. Derevyanko, he and his glorious 64 tank brigade and 1 tank army, which in subsequent operations served as a sword that cut through the enemy's grouping, passed the battle path from the Kursk salient to Berlin, where he signed on the Reichstag! As part of the 1st Ukrainian front (former Voronezh), combat tankman S. Derevyanko liberated the cities of Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Chertkov, Chernivtsi, crossed the Dniester, bug, San, Vistula rivers, participated in the battles on the Sandomierz bridgehead, stormed the Seelow heights in Germany. For successful battles with Hitler's troops, the 1st tank army was renamed the 1st guards tank army on April 25, 1944, which has a certain contribution from our countryman-Kazakhstani S. M. Derevyanko. "Once to my tank crew," S. M. recalls. Derevyanko — - the command set a combat task: to force the Dniester river under water, to break in from the North of the railway station of Chernivtsi, to seize a bridgehead, to take control of the station and prevent the departure of German echelons with equipment and people to the West. A brigade and a tank army followed the crew across the river. The assigned combat task for the crew was completed successfully. For this feat, Semyon Derevyanko was awarded the order of the red Star by the command of the 64th tank brigade and appointed commander of a tank platoon. And here is how the city of Chertkov in the Ternopil region was liberated, says S. Derevyanko: "at dawn on March 23, 1944, our 64th tank brigade suddenly approached the city for the enemy, rapidly attacked the fascists so that they did not even understand where such a breakthrough of the tankers came from. As a result of a short but fierce battle with the enemy, the city of Chertkov was liberated from the Nazis. Citizens warmly and cordially thanked the tankers for their liberation from German slavery." In 1976, war veteran Semyon Mikhailovich Derevyanko was lucky enough to attend a meeting of war veterans with the residents of this city. — With what great joy, - recalls Semyon Mikhailovich, - the war veterans saw the huge changes that took place on the liberated Ukrainian land: many new buildings were built: residential buildings, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, cinemas… War veterans visited factories, construction sites, fields of the Progress collective farm, and livestock farms. And everywhere they were welcomed as relatives. Especially exciting were the meetings of the tank driver-teacher with school students, to whom he told about the war, about the exploits of the front-line soldiers. Victory day — may 9, 1945 - the commander of the guard company, senior Lieutenant S. M. Derevyanko, met in the defeated Berlin for treatment in the sanitary part of the brigade after two wounds in the battles for Berlin. In the battle for the capture of Berlin guards senior Lieutenant S. M. Derevyanko was awarded the medal "for military merit", the certificate of command of the 1st guards tank army and received a commendation from the Supreme Commander of the country. Almaty section of participants in the assault and capture of Berlin, where Sm. Derevyanko, annually celebrates may 2 as the day of the capture of Berlin, as a great celebration of the Victory of our troops and as a tribute to the memory of fallen soldiers in the fight against Nazi Germany. In December 1945, tank officer S. M. Derevyanko was discharged from the army as a specialist teacher and returned to his native village of Irinovka in the Semipalatinsk region. Already in March 1946, he was appointed head teacher of the irinovskaya secondary school, and in 1948 became its Director. When in 1957 he became the headmaster of Urjar secondary school, he also showed a positive side in this field. On the recommendation of the Ministry of education of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, Semyon Derevyanko was transferred to Alma-ATA in 1971 and appointed Director of secondary school No. 52. At this school, he worked as a principal for about thirty years. Semyon Mikhailovich has a total teaching experience of more than 60 years. That's really someone to take an example from. It is characteristic that S. M. Derevyanko not only taught and educated the younger generation, but also studied himself. In 1952, he successfully graduated from the pedagogical Institute, and in 1954 from the Kazakh State University on-the-job. He also constantly worked on himself in order to keep up with the modern requirements of pedagogy, to be above his subordinates in order to successfully lead the school team. S. M. Derevyanko was awarded the order of the red banner of Labor for many years of conscientious work and skilful upbringing of the young generation. Is it a worthy addition to the three medals and 18 medals. Semyon Mikhailovich has the title of Honorary teacher of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic school and was awarded a diploma Of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic and a diploma of an Honorary citizen of Almaty.
