Singatulla Sibaev was born in 1906 in the village of Staroe Alparovo in the Alkeevsky district of the Tatar ASSR. In March 1942, he was drafted by the Tutaevsky district military commissariat of the Yaroslavl region and initially sent to the 3rd reserve battalion of chemical defense in Kineshma. A month later, he was sent to the 1156th Regiment in Rybinsk (probably the 1156th Cannon Artillery Regiment, which was part of the Moscow Military District at the time). On June 26, 1943, he was part of a team of 78 soldiers from the 15th Reserve Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment, who were sent to a medical examination center in Moscow. * The 15th Reserve Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment (2,605 men) was formed at the Self-Propelled Artillery Training Center on the basis of the 15th Reserve of the Moscow Military District. At first it was in Kolomna, then in Iksha. In the spring of 1943, the regiment was relocated to Pushkino, its main units were located in Ivanteevka. On July 2, 1943, he was sent from the Moscow City Military Enlistment Office's Transfer Point as part of a team of 39 people to Evacuation Hospital No. 3070, which was located in the city of Kanash in Chuvashia. After that, his combat path is unknown, but it is known that he fought in the Kharkiv direction and was an automatic rifleman (according to the post-war report of the Tutaevsky Military Enlistment Office, 1947). He was last heard from in September 1943, and he was listed as missing in action since November.

Myagi was a simple man from a working-class family. He had seven children, and he loved horses and horseback riding. However, he ended up serving in the infantry. The portrait features a field of rye as a symbol of peaceful life, while the knife represents masculinity and the willingness to defend one's land.

Mikhail Smirnov (1923-1944) was a heroic tank driver of the Great Patriotic War, who single-handedly destroyed three German guns and about 20 enemy soldiers after the deaths of his comrades. He died in the Baltic region on July 29, 1944.

Graduate of the "Time of Heroes" program. The portrait features the motto of the SOBR unit, "HONOR AND LOYALTY," which accurately reflects the personality of Marat Sibayev, who was awarded the Medal of Courage five times.

At a meeting of the Presidential Council on Demography, Konstantin said the following: "We will never be defeated, because each of us knows the history of our country and our family, is proud of it, and is ready to go to the end for the sake of our homeland, mother, wife, and children." Konstantin Yashin is a graduate of the presidential program "Time of Heroes."

Zaur Gurtsev was born on June 29, 1990, in Vladikavkaz. In 2012, he graduated from the Military Academy of Communications named after Marshal of the Soviet Union S. M. Budyonny of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, earning a degree in engineering. He has been serving in the Russian Armed Forces since 2007. Since 2019, he has been the head of the Center for Combat Management of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Army. He has received awards for his bravery in the liberation of Mariupol and Avdiivka. Since May 2024, he has been studying under the presidential personnel program "Time of Heroes" and has been interning with the Governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, and the Mayor of Stavropol, Ivan Ulyanchenko. On September 23, 2024, he was appointed First Deputy Mayor of Stavropol, responsible for cooperation with law enforcement agencies and the prevention of terrorism and extremism. On May 29, 2025, Zaur Gurtsev was killed in a terrorist attack in the courtyard of a house on Chekhova Street in Stavropol, and he was buried in Stavropol at the Krestovozdvizhensky Cemetery. He was awarded the Order of Courage, the Order of Military Merit, the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 1st and 2nd classes, the Zhukov Medal, and the Suvorov Medal.

Dmitry Smirnov, a participant in the special military operation, is a senior technician in a reconnaissance company. He is a holder of the Order of Courage and has been awarded the Medal of Courage. He has been wounded four times during the course of his missions.
